Location is great

Early morning, very loud noise of the construction machine just in front of our window woke us up and it was impossible to sleep. The receptionist answered it is not the construction of the hotel anc thought it was nogt his problem. No alternative room was offered to us and they didnt really care

Attractive building, well-maintained, clean. Facilities in room good. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

No instructions for hot drink machine and no provision of coffee or tea to use with it. More helpful instructions on nearest, car park and/or instructions on how to get there from fairly close rail/bus stations would be useful - not easy to find first time.

Muy cerca del centro pero sin ruidos. A dos minutos de calles con bares, tiendas…cómodo para unos días. Las camas muy cómodas y no se oye nada de las otras habitaciones.

Necesita renovación. Había muchas manchas de humedad en las paredes de la habitación y del baño. En la ducha se salía el agua fuera y se quedaba el baño mojado todo el día. Que el check-in sea a las 14:00 me parece tarde, aunque tienen consigna para dejar maletas.

Es muy céntrico , decoración arabe , maxima limpieza todo olía a limpio y perfumado , un detalle de agua de bienvenida , pequeña y solo una pero un detalle Por su parte, ascensor aceptable .

Poco q poner aquí , aunq si diría q en recepción intentaran q los turistas q esperan sentados en el sofá no hicieran tanto ruido, porque las puertas q dan para el Patio central se escucha todo.

Het dakterras was leuk om wat te vertoeven na een ganse dag verkenning van de stad. De kamer was zeer netjes. Een algemeen tevredenheid over het hotel.

Enige min puntje is dat je in het hotel geen ontbijt kan bekomen maar in de buurt vindt je genoeg koffie/patisserie caféetjes met terras .

Location was perfect and stuff was really nice.

Location in the city centre. Very nice hotel with great atmosphere. Nice decorations.

Parking was expensive in nearby garrage, but luckily we have found a place for free in street, but need to depart until 9 AM withou additional charges.

this a really cool and cultural hotel. the ac worked good, the beds were good, the bathroom was fine. nice and quiet. it was about a 5-10 minute walk into one of the main areas of the city near the alcazar

Great location, silent street, very beautiful decoration inside (a very old stylish building), great value for money, good mattresses and pillows, everything is very clean, very welcoming staff at reception

Very minor - we had a very small window, so not much light in the room. However, during the summer heat it might be even beneficial, to keep the heat away.

The eminentes and facilities are great . It values much more than the price you pay.. location is very good. Staff are respectful and very helpful. I had been in other hotels in Spain and surely it is much better than the others.

Perfect location, very pleasant staff, autentic building

Parking cost +20 Eur in public parking

Beautiful decor from outside and inside. The bed was so comfortable and enough space to move around. Staff were friendly and so helpful, spoke English really well and gave us great advice. A great location to get to the main sights too although if you struggle to walk, a taxi won’t cost too much from our experience.

No chance to check in early or to check out at a later time. Shower was clean and good temperature but was a little too weak for my personal preference.

Very clean... Very central. Staff lovely. Would go back tomorrow.

No where to properly hang clothes. Furnishings are dated but cleanliness was very good.

It is a one-star hotel but it can be considered a three-star one, of course. Everything is very comfortable and clean and the staff is amazing, particularly Sergio. The position is ideal because it's close to the city centre and to the bus station. Our stay was wonderful. Rosita and Paola from Italy
