The hotel is very stylish and comfortable, in an ideal location for exploring Cambridge on foot. We thought the breakfast service was exceptional.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon dort und hatten damals einen schönen Aufenthalt vor allem auch wegen des netten Personals. Dieses mal war es eher enttäuschend. Die Rezeptionistin am Empfang war sehr förmlich an der Grenze zur Unhöflichkeit.

We had booked a twin and were not expecting two beds next to each other with only one large duvet cover. We also discovered later on that we were in a room adapted for wheelchair users, which we had not requested. We therefore found, the facilities in the bathroom difficult to use. As we only booked for one night and were already settled in the room we did not bother to complain at the time.

Beautiful room, excellent bed and bedding. Lovely outlook. Variety of breakfast options. Lovely relaxing drive in the Bentley, lots of info.

Breakfast tables not always fully set, no teaspoons! Young staff sometimes slow to clear. Management were going to address this. Leaks to conservatory roof and bathroom fan not working, staff aware of maintenance issues. Would be excellent if these were addressed.

Have stayed before so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed, friendly efficient staff, modern clean room and ideally located with car parking to visit Cambridge.

Car parking charge is high and the layout of the bill was poor, the accommodation charge not shown and £39.90 charged for breakfast, an odd sum.

A perfect one night stay, everything about our stay was perfect, location is perfect for wandering round the city during the day, and bars and restaurants at night. Fantastic hotel, we will return.

Great location and a very well presented hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, comfortable bed and nice shower.

Had to pay £26 per night for parking, which isn’t made clear at time of booking. Multi - story car park option is close by though. We felt our Classic double room was a touch on the small side for the price paid.

Very expensive for a normal hotel- comparing other hotels recently stayed in. For the expensive price does not give anything extra. Small bathroom. Buffet breakfast where you have to get your own coffee and toast etc. Not a very relaxing bar area. Quite uncomfortable and waiter was very flustered. Had to pay extra service charge for each round for fluster.

The room was quite small and there were few draws to keeps clothing in. we had to use our suitcases instead.
