Upgraded room from small room to studio. Reliable cleanliness, comfort and great wiew.

We liked mostly the view, quietness of the little hotel, breakfast accompanied by nice&soft music, evenings with life guitar, and good staff service.

From the pictures and description of the studio room, we couldn't find out there is a French roof, which was quite hot, no chance to live there w/o air conditioning day&night!

Excellent location. Small, chic hotel in the old center. In the morning you have breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast not very diverse, but enough The staff very receptive to our requests. It were cold nights and we've got extra blankets

Wonderful view if you chose the room with sea view, good breakfast, nice accommodation, towels changed daily, clean room, free WiFi at every level, heated if you want....we traveld on Easter period, some days with rain, some sunny. Wonderful balcony view and you can have breakfast outside. Good location, close to the parking area. Free parking at this time, only in the summer you have to pay. Close to port area, where you find a lot of restaurants with seafood and not only.

When booking, it is not clear that the appartments are in another building away from the hotel and restaurant. No big deal, but if you are lazy in the morning you will have earn your coffee ;).

Helpful manager (who let me have a beach towel), comfortable apartment with AC, lovely breakfast terrace with wrought iron pagoda and chairs overlooking a part of the ancient city’s fortifications, lovely sea view, short walk to town centre along cobbled streets with houses built in the traditional style. We loved it. I swam in rock pools near the apartment - safe and calm water. Much more upmarket than the over touristy Nessebar.

Outdated furniture, on cleaning of the rooms and change of towels/sheets. Poor breakfast with no variety. Unfriendly staff.

I visit Diamanti every year. I like the location and used to like the hotel.

The quality of the service has greatly degraded and there is no sign of the polite and nice attitude. During our last visit we stayed in an awful room. It was small, outdated furniture, the AC did not work, the window was right next to the backyard where the staff was making noise all day long. The bath cabin was broken and there were no doors, thus everything was constantly in water. The Wifi was not working. The breakfast is far away from fabulous - almost no choice, pancakes cut in half, very little quantity so you constantly need to wait or ask for more, the coffee is terrible. And the biggest problem is the lack of cleaning. We stayed 4 days and they cleaned the room and changed our towels only one time and they did not change the sheets at all.

Everything else :) location, people, room, view - wow. Great value for money.

I did not like that wifi was not working the first couple days and that there was no hair dryer in the room.
