Adorei tudo! O pequeno almoço e jantar eram muito bons, os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, a cama era confortável. O facto de ter uma praia maravilhosa perto foi incrível. Irei voltar com toda a certeza!

I do not understand how this hotel has 4 stars. It’s complete false marketing. The pictures online are completely misleading, the pictures are beautiful but does not correspond with the actual state of the hotel. The pictures only show the main building where the superior rooms and suites are and not the normal double beds. The reality is worn-down and has a funky smell. Our first room rank of mold, the airco was broken and taped with actual duck tape and it leaked water on the floor plus the balcony door broken that didn’t close on the ground floor. The second room we for after complaining basically had no view just a small window, it felt like a dungeon. We ended up upgrading ourselves to manage to stay the days we Planned to not feel awful. Staff working seemed oblivious to our experience and did not even offer an apology. Breakfast not included in the superior room is also strange. Other odd thing is that they kept on chasing people for a card (you got one for a 20 euro deposit) to get a towel for the pool- it just gave a feeling that the guests were thieves and were unwanted. If a hotel is 4 stars a pool towel is not too much to ask. It was overall a strange vibe. I’m not sure if the staff is completely overworked or if there is bad management but it didn’t seem right.

O tamanho do quarto, bem como não corresponder às fotografias. Cheirava a mofo o quarto e era muito quente. O A/C não funcionava sempre que ligávamos e fazia muito barulho.

Nice selection for breakfast

Dark, small room. Barely any cleaning or amenities in the room, everything in hotel is paid for. They put sprinkles at night without telling you and all our things were wet. Also the cleaner took our sports towel and the hotel staff acted like they don’t care, didn’t even apologise and we also didn’t get the towel back

Varierad, god och rikligt med mat, både frukost och middag. Lugnt och skönt. All personal trevlig och hjälpsam. Välskött trädgård och rent både inne och ute. Nära till liten mysig strand med kristallklart vatten. Trevligt poolområde. Bra WIFI

No me gustó que me quisieron cobrar 3€ la caja de seguridad, en cualquier hotel es un servicio que no se cobra, me parece de muy mal gusto. Y además la cena que tenían de bufet llegamos a las 21 hs y quedaba muy pocas cosos y no repicaron nada es como haber comido sobras muy malo
