Location, confort, facilities

No good communication with staff, no clear response about my question, concerning negotiate a price of room, in case I'll book it for 3 months ,later?! It was noisy the 11 January 2023, drilling, hummer, close to my room until 18h.

The badrooms have been newly designed and feature all the comfort and functionality you would want.

The common parts of the structure are dated and have stains, etc.

Comfortable bed Free parking

Lots of noise from building work in the hotel And people passing by the corridor and next door. Location is not that great if you want to travel to Paris but can’t complain that’s what you pay for.

nothing.. room is very dirty n there have lots of bedbugs in room we couldn’t sleep whole night

The room was basic and suited what we required. Clean and tidy and for what I paid it was fine.

The bar and restaurant was shut all weekend, so when arriving after 7pm on a Friday and not being able to get food and drink is not good. It was a fair way from the train station and on the outskirts of Paris, quite far from all the attractions. The breakfast for €12 was really not very good, with little choice and things not topped up when running out.

Staff were amazing

Rooms could be cleaner, could do with sweeping the floor before guest arrive. bathroom could do with a little TLC
