Good hotel in a very good location. The room was quite small but it was expected. It was bright and clean, nicely decorated. The staff was nice and polite. The hotel provides parking at the reduced rate just 100 m away from the hotel, which was very helpful.

We didn't expect to find the shower without a door, no privacy.

Location was good near the train station. And the hotel look and feel was super. Great breakfast with nice station view.

Carpet in the room should be replaces by a floor. The elevator was small and the it was an expensive room for wat you get in return.

Many websites told us you had Gluten Free options on the restaurant menu and came up as Nr 2 for Gluten free in Rouen. Unfortunately your staff in the restaurant didn't have knowledge of Coeliac disease and if any dishes were suitable or were Gluten Free. For this I would not return. I do appreciate you providing Gluten Free Schar bread for breakfast and your processes for identifying me from my email/booking confirmation was good.

Hotel very good , nice staf , location of the hotel was very good in front of the railway station and in the old center Good possibility to park the car , 100m walking.

The location is excellent and if you arrive by train, is just across the road. The staff are friendly and they gone beyond their duty to assist us in translation when we try to communicate with non-english speaking people.

The room that we booked were quite small and with 2 large luggage, movement within the room is very limited.

Everything was fine. the staff were fantastic and the hotel offered what it should.

Smallest room in a hotel I ever had, my wife and I just assumed they were all small. I paid the same price as my friend who had a separate room. His room was at least 50% bigger than my room.

We arrived early and there was no problem with leaving our bags in the room behind reception. The receptionist was very helpful re advice on parking which was at one of the two station car parks. We got an email after we'd reached our next destination to say I'd left a small bag in our room with my boots and a book. They said they would hang on to them. We drove all the way back from Bayeux to pick them up the following morning. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Full marks.

The one way system outside the hotel and station is a nightmare and there is nowhere to park to drop off your luggage. We managed to find a 15 minute parking place in Rue Verte and dashed over the hotel to ask where we should park. You have to park in No 2 car park for the station, bring your ticket to the hotel, get it stamped and use when you leave the carpark paying 10 Euros rather than a bit more. When we got into the underground carpark there were no parking spaces. On the bottom floor there were only spaces for hire cars e.g. Avis. We had to phone the hotel and were advised that we were allowed to park in the hire car spaces. It would have been helpful to know this before we entered the car park.

Location, location, location- 50 meters from the main train station and great to visit Rouen by foot Historical building with funky decoration Adequate room (we were upgraded to a superior room and I cannot imagine how we would have coped with a smaller room) Best breakfast of the entire 2 weeks trip

We had to park in a public parking 100 meters from the property Since this is a historical property, fitting a lift must have been complicated so the lift stops at mid level and you have to manage some steps-not appropriate for people with reduced mobility
