The location was great, right off the lake, a short walk to the Sami cultural museum (definitely go), and a market right across the street for any other things you might need. The restaurant was great, which is good because there isn't much else to choose from in town. The hotel also has a nice selection of excursions and activities with gear to borrow. We did the aurora hunting excursions with snowmobiles/sleds and the guide was very helpful. Arranging for transit to and from the airport was easy via the website.
The room was basic and small, which being there while it was cold made it a challenge to be comfortable when you wanted to stay inside.

Hotel was closed but we got a bungalow in stead at the holiday village. It was brand new and had its own sauna. Bed was great and kitchen well equipped
The holiday village is still lacking the final touch as regards the parking so it was not a landscaped garden yet. I am sure it's done in a few weeks!

Helpful staff. Terrific location in the center of Inari. Sauna in my room was awesome! Breakfast buffet was delicious and some things changed daily. Restaurant was good, but pricey. Hotel has their own safari company, so logistically it was a breeze. Great range of activities: dogsledding, reindeers, snowshoeing we’re all great. Very professional.
Only rec I’d make is to have the guides on the dogsledding stop halfway and suggest when to switch drivers. My partner wanted to drive for a bit, but we were waiting to be told when to switch. As a result, he wasn’t able to drive.

The staffs were very friendly and willing to help when I had questions about the trekking trails, restaurants, activities etc. My baggage was delayed when I took flight to Ivalo airport and I was able to buy some groceries and clothes at the supermarkets and souvenir shop opposite.
Also, thanks Tuukka for providing useful information and suggestion when I rent a bike. He was very helpful.
Overall the stay was enjoyable and the room was comfortable and spacious. The floor was heated and that made the room cozy.
Nothing much, perhaps the limited choice of tv channels.

Great location right in front of the lake, good breakfast, the room had everything we needed.
There was not cold water in the shower one morning, but then the other day it was there, probably just some temporary problem.

We've been staying in Visit Inari Hotel Inari several times enjoying it very much.Very friendky, attentive, and helpful staff! Comfortable rooms. Great restaurant.

Central location and clean
We were told when we checked inn to come down by 9pm for dinner,we were by reception at 20:45 and we're told that they had received a bus with many tourist and that we could not have dinner at the hotel,leaving us with no more options to have dinner in town because everything closed by 9pm!!
My family and I felt that we were not treated respectfully,we have traveled a lot and this is the first time we have experienced this kind of treatment at a hotel.

Hotel Inari is a very nice place. The restaurant = breakfast area has a great view to the lake Inari. The bar and pub area is very cosy and the personal very nice and helpful.

I received an upgrade to the suite which was excellent and convenient all around.
The only thing that was missing in the suite was black-out curtains which may make sleep difficult in the summer time if you forgot your eye covers!
