Tudo muito bonito e organizado. Comida boa (não excelente), variada e bem servida o tempo todo. Quarto muito confortável, espaçoso e bem decorado. Chuveiro excelente. Comodidade da área com barracas e cadeiras na praia, além do bar.

Apenas alguns pontos de melhoria: - muitos serviços são cobrados a parte e os preços são altos (massagem, tererê, restaurantes da vila - deveria ter ao menos 1 restaurante do resort na vila, se o objetivo é q os hóspedes aproveitem esse espaço); - poderia ter uma escada também do outro lado da piscina; - a iluminação do quarto é muito agradável pro dia a dia, mas é fraca quando precisamos pra arrumar malas.

A estrutura é muito antiga e não é reformada a séculos, o chão do quarto estava sujo, as toalhas estavam imundas e com cheiro horrível de suor, a comida é muito ruim e muita coisa estava ESTRAGADA, já fui muitas vezes, antigamente era muito bom, mas está as traças, deviam fazer uma grande mudança ou fechar logo, na minha opinião compensa, é caro, estrutura ruim, comida ruim, quartos ruins

Bar service could be better: good wine and beer, but there are not many drink options, and they were not well prepared. Room furniture style is a bit outdated (but still very comfortable) I wish there was a check-in reception with better guidance through the facilities Swimming pool can get a bit too crowded and inevitably gets dirty at the end of the day, even though it seems to be well cleaned during the night There are not many board games available at the reception: there could be more entertainment available for rainy days

Stuff I’d overwhelmed by the clients. The bad at the pool is not clean and smells badly - kills the vibe. We could not stay at this hotel and changed it after 2 hours of staying.

Coronavirus safety measures: all the crew very prepared and worried. The hotel is not fully booked, so you have plenty of space to enjoy the facilities without many people around. Beach, swimming pool and restaurants. Good food and drink, everything included.

The food was ok, could be a little bit better. Nice dishes, but no shrimps, or anything special. Only home made food - which was good, but I was expecting something more.
