Everything about pebbles guest house was lovely, Laura who met us on arrival was so nice and made me and my wife feel very welcome, the room we stayed in was spotless it also had a great shower and the bed was very comfortable and the view was so relaxing unfortunately we didn't get to have breakfast as we aready made other arrangements but I spoke to a nice lady that was also staying at pebbles who said the breakfast was lovely, parking was not a problem we parked right outside, We will definitely be staying at pebbles again in the near future i would highly recommended this guest house.

The breakfast was excellent and Laura really looked after us. The location was excellent and only 15 -20 mins away from where we were we booked our dining locations in Leigh on sea.
The room was very clean and Tidy, the owner Laura was really helpful and looked after us during our stay. The breakfast was absolutely top draw and we were unable to find fault. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We plan to return again sometime this year.

The guest house was across from the sea, so fabulous view and we liked that there was a small seating area right in the window.The breakfast was lovely and staff very attentive.We managed to get parked right outside the door - perfect.
The shower room was quite small and as we are of a larger build, it was tight , but not unmanagable.

We had a very bright and modern room on the top floor, which was well equipped and comfortable. Free on street parking is easy.
The drain hole in the shower was blocked with hair. Even when I removed this, the drainage was very poor and the shower tray filled up when in use. This is the reason I couldn't give top ratings. Everything else was fine.

the bathroom in room 7 was tiny , I know I’m 6 ft and 18 st but the room should have a explanation online to make people aware, I physically couldn’t turn in the shower and the gap between the glass and toilet was a struggle .

Very friendly and welcoming.Room was clean and warm. Bed was comfy. Room had a Seaview. Breakfast was very tasty and generous portion. Would highly recommend this place.

I liked the fact that I was able to come and go, easy parking outside the building. All the linens were exceptionally clean as well as the cups and glasses.
Even though the property is listed as non-smoking the smell of stale smoke emanated from a smoking area either below the room or an adjacent property. It was very unpleasant.

we come to pebbles every year for a little break & have done this for about 10 years now . it’s lovely & cosy staff friendly, rooms perfect & clean , good breakfast. just a nice place for a little break .
