£327 for one night ridiculous and demanding £250 for one dog to stay with deposit £567 total one night southend got £150 back but never again!!! Will not ever get involved....!!!!!!!

Good location. Great view. Spacious. Good equipment in kitchen. Clean.

Shower does not work properly. Broken furniture. No dedicated parking. Very late checkin. Sleeper couch uncomfortable. Wifi not acceptable for a family. At this price it should be much better.

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the view is to die for! Also love the nautical theme.

Shower was quite weak, but the bath was great. Could have done with a chopping board and some cleaning products.

Location is beautiful. Flat is really nice size. Shower pressure is great. Place was clean on arrival.

On arrival there were loads of rubbish bags right outside the kitchen back door from previous renters, we were promised they'd be removed later but someone only came 3 days later! It was disgusting and brought alot of flies. Both couch chairs were broken unbeknownst to my mom who sat down on one with my baby and went flying! We had to lean them against the wall to sit. The large couch was extremely stained and covered with a flimsy blanket. All the screws holding curtain bits and hooks kept falling out of the wall. The bed I slept on was extremely uncomfortable and old. On the 'lovely' porch I tripped on a broken tile jutting out and severely injured my knee! The maintenance guy came in one day saying that we shouldn't use the shower as the tiles are not sealed well and causing leak downstairs!! And to top it all off we had a robbery the last night... To sum up the place looks lovely and pretty on the pictures but they need to deep fix it up if they want to charge this price. I completely overpaid for what i got here. Save your money and take a cheaper place.
