Despite appearances, everything works; water pressure is good, the shower is nice and hot, the air con coped OK despite the 35degC+ termperatures outside. Breakfast was generous and robust, but might be problematic for vegans. Good coffee from 3 coffee machines so there is no queue. Location right by the Palas food court makes varied evening meals a breeze.

No kettle / coffee / tea making facilities in the room unfortunately for those checking out before breakfast. The general condition of the hotel is somewhat tatty, but some might say that's part of the charm.

Location is perfect. Hotel was very clean and with AC. Breakfast was incredible.

Nice and friendly staff. They help us to find a parking place in a crowded parking. The room have all you ned to a good accomodation. The most important thing: WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE CULTURE PALACE, the most important building of Iasi!

Showers leak on the bathroom floor. AC works on a schedule that guests cannot control. Parking lot is small with difficult to access parking spots.

Good location with free parking and free access to WordClass (Gym and Swimming Pool), close to Palace Mall and to Palace of Culture. The view from the 11th floor was astonishing!

Needs as soon as possible a refurbishment!
