The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money, near the beach,marina, buses and restaurants.

A bit noisy as we were on the main street.

Balconies were lovely. Bed was nice.

I liked complimentary coffee and tea in the breakfast room, as well as the attention paid to customer's safety and request of information.

The location of hotel was good, staff was polite, helpful and recommended us some nice places to visit.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, walls were super thin and you could hear every conversation on the reception and what people were doing on the other rooms... on top of that finding cockroaches on the bathroom was not pleasant🪳😬

bidet tap didn’t work. hairdryer would stop after 5 seconds through overheating and limited power sockets for charging. but this didn’t ruin our stay - everything else was great!

Very good location, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and communicative and responded to all requests I had. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

The room was quite small with the toilet and shower in it, however for a few days it was very suitable to us.

The room far exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and had a fridge which was great for the baby food. We had a small balcony which was a bonus. The location was close to the marina and beach (great bars and restaurants), but the public transport by bus from the hotel to the centre was fantastic, cheap and easy to use. The bus (No. 95) to the Oceanografic and Science Museum was 50m from hotel and takes you to the door!!! Plenty of local bars for good food were close by too! The staff that we dealt with were excellent and very friendly (Elia, Ruben and Lorena). Thanks!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located, it's very close to El Cabanyal with a lot of great restaurants and a 10 minute walk away from a nice beach.

In our room it was hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower because it was slow to respond.
