I didn't opt ​​for breakfast but from what I saw it seemed quite varied.

the elevator was not working and I had to climb 2 floors to get to the room.

the beds were comfortable, the location is close to the Congress Center (20 minutes walk) but the nearest tram station is at 15 minutes walk.

3 out of 4 nights there was extreamly hot in the room (we were in May, so outside the temperature during the day was of 20 degrees and during the night 12) we had to sleep with the window open but the train was close and the noise woke us up quite often.... After the temperature in the room turned normal there was a horrible smell comming from the bathroom. The cleaning was superficial, for example behind the bathroom door they never cleaned... They say that if you don't need cleaning every day they give you a voucher for a free drink (small water ) but they give 2 signs for hanging outside the door for this and if you put the "do not disturb" sign instead of "I want a voucher" sign the room is not cleaned but you don't get the voucher...

Didn't like anything

When i arrived the receptionist was rude and racist on why i didn't speak german. No internet wifi provided bc it was not working The room conditions and cleaning was horrible The people on the next rooms where screaming and shouting in the middle of the night The walls were full of scratches and the lights didn't have enough power to light the room

I have been a guest in the Novum hotel this weekend , the staff are incredibly friendly and polite answering to any request could pass through your mind ! Especially the gentle guest agent that worked the afternoon shift , with his years of experience that you can see and feel in his way of solving and finding solutions for my issues. The room was very clean and big quality VS price is respected! I was surprised that the HSK clean it again and changed the towels also if I stayed only for 2 days ! The hotel is not far from the center ,10 min walk to the M16 station (less than 20 min you are in the hear of the city) with the car 9 min ,I used both because i couldn’t found where to park my car in the city. The breakfast is international and fair for what you payed , the staff in the restaurant very helpful . I’ll be back without any doubt.

Great greek restaurant in the ground floor! Good breakfast. Own parking.

Near the Messe.

I loved to stay at this exceptionally low service and standard (4 star) hotel that not even Mr Fawlty could create nor imagine. For sure, the lowest value for money place I ever visited. However, I enjoyed the experienced and am amazed how the staff and management can keep their job.

NO A/C.... Summer night 27Degrees.... outside. Cockroach over my bed.... Refrigator dont work!..... i didnt expect so much for 70euros night... but this was horrible....

Nobody speak english in reception.

Very clean, comfortable room. Great buffet breakfast.

Very dull location but close to the centre by bike or train.

Cute bath design (only hooks for towels too far from shower and sink), room layout and interior well designed, comfortable bed and eating place.

Lamps in front of beds didn't worked. TV remote has uncharged batteries. Looks wi-fi credentials was changed at night so I hasn't access to internet next morning.

Always clean and the management is engaged.

I have stayed there often....The last time the drain in the shower and the doors were not working/shutting properly. The management was very nice and said they would fix it....I only told them the day after because it was so late when I discovered the problem that I just left it. Only there for one quick night on the way to Berlin.
