Au 1er étage, la moquette "gondole" dans le couloir, ça fait une 1ere mauvaise impression ! (Heureusement contrebalancée par la chambre ensuite : propre et spacieuse) L'eau qui change de température toute seule sous la douche

Breakfast diversity,beutiful landscapes,confort,good SPA,warm water swimming pool. Very good personal especialy Marieta in the restaurant who was very kind and professional!

Too many children in adult pool despite they have separat little pooll!Jacuzzi for a fee,weak internet!

The service is for 3 star hotel max. Poor lightning in the room, no snacks/drinks in the fridge, part of the order was delayed in the restaurant, no shampoo/shower cap/cotton ear buds/etc.

Amazing view! I was traveling at the beginning of March 2022 and there was almost one meter of snow.....it looked like "Frozen" :) Hotel also looks nice (room and bathroom are spacious) and staff members were very polite.

The restaurant offered horrible food and extremely slow service. We couldn't wait for our lunch at all. The SPA facilities are not worth it. Wouldn't recommend or come back, we even left early.

We loved the lobby and the restaurant. The pool was clean and warm. The rooms are spacious.

There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling and smell was awful in both the room and bathroom. The SPA can be used upon prior reservation for an hour a day, if there are free slots remaining. The SPA itself consist of a sauna, steam room and an empty jacuzzi. Both the steam room and sauna were cold, we tried to complain about it at the reception and we were told that it was 85° C, while if you went in in your wet swimsuit you were actually freezing inside, it was colder than in the lobby. Its a cozy hotel, but it definitely isn't a SPA hotel!!! Overall it is not worth the money we paid.
