Not enough toilet paper I bought some. Government restrictions restaurant was closed. Not hotels fault

spacious rooms, friendly staff and the location is good

the bathrooms needs some improvement. the toilet sit was old, scratched and yellowish. the underground parking is very narrow, steep and you can easily scratch the car because you can’t turn left from only one hand. I don’t recommend if the car is with low guard.

Very far from the old town but very close to a spacious local park and also the swimming was closed even though was advertised and no where was mentioned that is closed which was annoying.

The room met the expectations we had when booking - with a round and very comfortable bed and a very good interior design. We have no breakfast included, but actually there is a restaurant in the hotel where breakfast is available at an additional cost.

The shower tray was broken and the hydro massage bathtub was actually unusable because it could not be filled with water. The entrance to the parking lot was very narrow.

View from the window was great (we were on the 5th floor). Also the location is quite close to the center and about 20-25 minutes to the Tzarevetz castle.
