Duży pokój, odpowiedni dla 4 osób, czysto, z balkonem. Były przygotowane ręczniki. Bardzo miłe było ze strony właściciela że można było pozostawić auto przed zameldowaniem, jak i po jego upływie ponieważ aż do tego miejsca sięga SPP.

Zestaw naczyń trochę skromny ale wystarczył.

Well situated hotel with a private parking. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the Cracow old town but the path is nice. The hotel has a restaurant that is popular with people, we took coffee and ice cream there that was nice. The rooms are good, no weird smells, clean and has the basic things one would expect.

We imagined the room to be a bit bigger. After we took our suitcases in, it was really just for sleeping. While everything works and looks fine, the rooms are not newly renovated.

Great location. would recommend for anyone looking for good value for money whilst being relatively close (few bus stops or half an hour walk) to Kraków town centre. The restaurant below the property has some of the best pizza I've had in my humble opinion. Nice, patient and helpful staff too. Free parking, albeit it is rough/uneven gravel type, so perhaps not for a low suspended car.

The room window wasn't letting too much light or air in, and the weather was sweltering. The room, being very small could've perhaps been equipped with a fan during summer seasons as it gets pretty hot/humid.

Despite the positive remarks we made, we would like to mention a bitter experience we had regarding parking of the vehicle. As soon as we reached the place, we asked the person at the reception regarding parking. He told us that we could park our vehicle on the adjacent road. We repeatedly asked him whether it was safe and legal to park it on the side road where he had asked us to park the vehicle and he reassured us that it was safe. However, to our utter shock, the next day we found a slip, written in Polish language, affixed to our vehicle fining us for wrong parking. We showed it to the same person at the reception, but he could not give a proper answer. Further, he misguided us on the fine amount. He told us that we have to pay a fine of 150 zloty. But, when we got it translated by another person, we were told that the fine amount is 250 zloty of which 150 zloty would go to the local government. It is unfortunate that a person who cannot properly guide the guest is at the reception. It was because of his mistake that we had to make the payment of fine. Hence we request you to return the fine amount of 250 zloty as we had to make the payment for no fault of us. I am a genius customer of booking.com and it is the first bitter experience I had with booking through you. I hope you would consider my request and take the necessary action.
