Location

The man in charge of lobby has no service attitude. Looks like he never rests and he is constantly in a bad mood.

Good location with walking distance to the restaurants and ski lift.

It's not really ski in and ski out as indicated in the website.

Location is absolutely perfect in Ichinose and easily accesses two lifts.

I have no negatives to add.

Location is excellent. The room is well insulated and has good size.

It can be noisy with the pipes sounds in the morning. Also, the room is not cleaned on Sunday. We stayed for 5 days and they only removed the rubbish, changed towel occasionally. Have to go to reception to vet my towel changed a couple of time.

The location is definitely the best part. Right on the slopes near the chairlift. The ski/snowboard hire place at the bottom was excellent and reasonably priced, and the hotel dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Excellent traditional kaiseki-style. The onsen is also nice, and the dining room staff were very friendly.

The room was too hot, so we were sleeping with the window open even with - 10°C weather outside! The front desk staff were helpful to an extent, but were a little unfriendly and didn't seem like they were going above and beyond to assist us. The housekeeping was very strange--they came in every day, but all they seemed to do was empty the bins and fold the toilet paper. They didn't clean the room, make the beds, or change the towels.

Great accomodation, food, ambience & staff plus close location to ski lifts!!

The public bath is rather old.

Meals were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe it's not the right season, as we were the only family. It's kinda creepy, the facilities are a bit old n traditional. Not all common toilets have seat warmer wc. A lot are not working.
