the accommodation is very close to the beach and the supermarket. it has a very good location.

the ceiling is made of a very thin material. when someone who was in the room above walked, very bad noises could be heard from the footsteps

Parking right under apartments. 2 rooms, good price.

A bit small - ceiling 😊 felt like in house for tiny. Loud neighborhood as it's right in the center.

Good location Very close to the beach, tavernas and supermarkets

They messed up our reservation and gave us instead an apartament with 2 rooms. After 2 days they wanted to move our things (they said that swiching rooms was planed from the begining, but no one informed us) Nobody came to clean the room for 2 days. We run out of toilet paper and garbage bag The Air conditioning was not working properly There was also a problem with warm water (you have access to it just at certain hours). Our friends were staying with 2 childs. Considering the water issue, it was very difficult to wash them. That was a very big inconvenient!! The receptionist is there for 2 hours per day. The owner doesn't speak English. There is a phone number but nobody answered when we tried to reach them...

good location, very close to the beach, 15-20 min walk down to vasiliki port. all amenities needed. had a quadriple room for 3 persons, two double beds separated by a stair - duplex type, and had air conditioned in both areas.

-Bathroom Door knob was a little rusty. They should have INOX -The noise isolation between apartments was not good.

Location - only some steps to the beach and to restourants and shops. Enough spacious room and balcony. Small but well equipped kitchen. Parking space. We arrived late, but they left us the keys at the reception and the check-in went smoothly.

Wi-Fi worked badly. In the first night we ran into a problem with the water drain in the bathroom. Although we immediately reported this to the reception, they did not fix the problem in 3 days and we had to monitor all the time so that water did not start pouring onto the floor.

Location, parking places in front and back, fridge with congelator, the lady in the reception was very very nice when one of us locked her car with the keys inside ( she called 3 guys that managed to help us; i give a 10 for her)

The drain in the bathroom(the ground one) was stuck, when you used the sink or shower water was coming from the floor (apart no 3); smelly bathroom (pbbly from stuck drainage); old furniture; old wood floor, old kitchen equipments; old matresse; old pillows; old and poor AC; thin walls (you can hear sounds from all neighbours); old electric apliances);

Location was okay, close to the the beach, next door to the small supermarket. Bedroom balcony overlooking the street was also quite nice.

Bathroom was dated, shower cabin was too small, shower water was flushing up from the floor drain when showering. It was very packed. Walls were very thin (noise). There was a spare bed in the kitchen, so it felt very crammed, also it was very hot during the night because the AC was only in the bedroom.

Location is perfect, a step by from the sea and far from the noise of center village. Minimarket, caffè and good restaurants few steps from the room. My room (studio) was very nice, well equipped with all you may need, confortable bed and great balcony. AC works perfectly but the area is windy so probably you don't even need to use it. There is a private parking so also in a busy time will be easy to park. Last but not least staff is super, someone is always there, they are friendly and welcoming and they gave me good ints about place to visit. I I come back to lefkada, sure I will stay here again, I strongly recommend that place
