Fantastic location with private pool in centre of the beach and beside the windsurfing school. Great views and Theo met us late at night to let us in on arrival, and their family runs the beach bar/cafe directly in front and would even let us order our drinks by waving at him from the pool and he would drop them over to us. They couldn’t have been nicer.

Maria was a really heart warming host, the location is in the middle of all the surf schools and nice Restaurants. The Apartment was super clean and comfy. Also the Bar next door was super nice with super friendly stuff.

Maria, her family and her staff were so helpful, generous, friendly and great fun. We felt like part of the family by the time we left. The location is the best in Vasilki. It is perfect for all the watersports and also relaxation on the beach but it is peaceful too. We loved Maria's beach cafe opposite - they looked after us for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs (Filipia's amazing cocktails!) and nightcaps.
Our villa was one of just four on a large plot right by the beach. They have lots of space between them. We liked the small scale of the development. Our villa was comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean and surrounded by bushes and trees for welcome shade and privacy. It was lovely to have the swimming pool. We often had it all to ourselves. The kitchen was very well equipped and had lots of nice touches like a big fridge/freezer and art on the walls. The air conditioning functions very well. The large bed was very comfortable. In the evenings, we liked sauntering along the beach promenade to have dinner in the restaurants around the harbour or to Pondi where you can sit at tables on decking overlooking the sea.
All in all we had a wonderful time and highly recommend Atkes Villas.

This is a must go place for a family with kids, right on beach, 10 mins walk on a promenade to the beautiful village center with cute harbour with fishermen boats and restaurants and stores. Great base for daily trips to beautiful beaches to discover, after returning home you can chill at the beach bar which belongs to the property. Maria is a perfect warm host which is interested how you are doing and if you arent missing anything, all in all great package for family to rest without any compromise..

In close proximity ( walking distance) to Vasiliki’ harbor with its cozy taverns.
The loud noise the compressor of the refrigerator made during the night.

The house is in front of the beach with an amazing view from the terrace.
The house is fully equipped and the staff is so friendly. I definitely will choose Maria's accommodation if we will visit Lefkada again.

I love the location, waking up to the most serene sea view - the villas are also very comfortable big and clean. This is the second year I’m staying there and going back again next year! Make sure to check out the bar and get the falafel if you want a break for tzatziki. Maria and Filipia are the most amazing hosts ❤️

Nice location but terribly maintained
Water was either terribly hot or cold. We asked for cleaning the third day of stay, they cleaned the room the fourth day-the only time it was cleaned in a 7 nights stay. The plants are not taken care of, lamps are dirty, geckos on the pillow.
