I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Koyuki. Markus and Kyoko were exceptional hosts! They were so friendly, welcoming, and offered great tips and advice for how to make the most of Hakuba. The hotel itself is clean and in a great location. Very easy to get to various bus stops that will take you to the different ski resorts. You can’t do better for the price than B&B Koyuki. I’d stay there again and would highly recommend it!

We loved staying at B&B Koyuki. The room was traditional, a welcomed introduction to the start of our holiday in Japan. Our hosts were warm, friendly, and attentive. Always there to offer advice or insights into our plans for our stay. We hired ski gear through their recommended affiliation and it was incredibly easy and smooth to organise.

Nothing, in particular, to comment on our stay with Koyuki. It was great.

Incredibly friendly staff, Markus and Koyuki were super helpful with organising lift tickets, rentals, suggesting food places and more - and were great to chat to. The accomodation itself was clean, well looked after and provided everything necessary. Will be staying here on future trips, thanks!

Nothing. Everything was to satisfaction

It’s a great location and easy to walk to the ski shuttles and restaurants. The place is pristine, very clean and so well looked after. Markus (the husband) has everything well thought out with the dry room and the house being eco friendly. The wife is super sweet and helpful. It was great learning more about the area and Japan from them as they are locals.

we really liked that the property was so pristine but we did feel bad to dirty anything or scared that we may damage something cause everything was so well done and perfect inside.

We loved the beautiful interior and were lucky enough to have a room with a separate loft as a sleeping space. The B&B is only a 5 minute walk from the center of Echoland, so easy to reach restaurants on foot, but is on a quiet street away from any noise or traffic. There are also onsen within walking distance and Happo, Hakuba 47 and Goryu are all within a 10 minute drive. The continental breakfast was simple, but delicious and when we were up a little early on some days it was quickly available to us. Markus and Kyoko were very friendly and welcoming hosts who made extra efforts to ensure we had a great stay.

There was nothing significant we didn't like.

Markus and Koyuki were the perfect hosts. Markus was very helpful providing knowledgeable information on where to snowboard depending on the weather, snowfalls, crowds, etc. They were also very helpful sharing information about the region with useful information on where to eat and what restaurants we would need to make reservations at. Koyuki was also great assisting us with washing, travel bookings and luggage transfers. The B&B was cosy and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close to the valley shuttle buses which transport you to the different resorts and only a short walk too and from EcoLand where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The B&B also has a good sized drying room with plenty of space.

Good times at B&B Koyuki. Nothing bad to report.

Markus and Koyuki were so accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond. They have a real passion for the local area and great knowledge- getting around, food places or must-see sights. Absolutely stay with these guys!

The stay was perfect, honestly.

The property was spacious and sparkling clean. The staff were kind, welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone.
