The breakfast is 100% industrialized, really bad. The shower is super small and dark. Amenities really poor. The bed is hard.

Breakfast was good.

The location was inconvenient to enter as it was at an intersection.There was no explanation.Around 11pm, I woke up due to a malfunctioning fire alarm.

Very nice staff, clean facilities, outstanding view.

The staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us. Having a balcony with the room was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was excellent. Air conditioning was a great plus. We had a very good stay here and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Some very good restaurants near to the hotel. The staff really are the best asset to the hotel.

The hotel is not in the most picturesque part of Naples and a little far out to see the sights if you don't have your own car. I spent a lot of money on taxis being a mother alone with 2 children. Although there are good restaurants nearby there aren't enough for variety within walking distance. As the hotel does not serve dinner and a limited lunch menu this was awkward for me without my own transport. The breakfast was adequate but could have done well with more variety. If you have transportation and want a place as a base for exploring the area this hotel hits the mark.

Nice room, good air condition, water in the room

Very clean and spacious room for the price. The room had a nice view of the hills. The breakfast was not exceptional but it wasn’t bad either.

There is nothing bad to say about this property. The breakfast selection could surely be improved.
