don’t like electric showers but it was adequate

It was an ideal location and the Guest house was well value for money, would recommend people to stay there as i would book there again.

Nothing negative about the guest house.

nice & clean, warm, lovely shower & fridge in the room is a godsend. Use of microwave, plates & cutlery also available at all times.

Kevin met me on arrival and showed me the facilities and the room. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable and nice and cosy. Great for a couple of days on business in the area. Parking was arranged by Kevin but Bridlington is a busy place so you might have a bit of a walk on occasions. I was lucky on the first day I was right outside. On the second day I had to park in a nearby car park but moved my car a little nearer later. Town is just round the corner with plenty of places to eat and have a drink.

The walls are little thin. Probably typical of this type of property and I am assuming it was a guy but I had difficulty sleeping because of loud snoring. When I did nod off I was woken by it occasionally in the night. Maybe it's just me being a light sleeper but other than that all good.

Lovely room, comfortable beds. Plenty of tea, coffee, etc and a refrigerator and TV. Comfortable sitting room with TV and a microwave for heating food.

Unfortunately we were on the top floor although we had asked for a low floor because one lady is in her 80s and she found the stairs very difficult.

Spotless room. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Dvd's and books in the room. Shower was fantastic. Quiet street. Would most definitely stay there again. The host Kevin was very nice and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was spot on.

Window latch broken so couldn't close the window fully which allowed the incredibly noisy seagulls to be even more annoying.

Location is excellent. Kevin the host was really friendly and helpful answering all our queries. Room clean with enough towels, toilet rolls and coffee/milk etc. Came in daily to replenish and change towels etc. Beds comfy. Fridge in the room was very handy. Guesthouse literally a street back from the bus station and two streets from the seafront. Train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Harbour is about 3 streets away. Plenty of bars and restaurants all very near to hotel. Parking is on street and convenient to have no messing about paying for parking when you arrive. Guesthouse pre-sorted the vertical parking ticket prior to arrival which meant we could arrive early and just park. We were actually able to check in early which was unexpected and a massive bonus. There was also a communal front room/sitting area with a microwave which we didn’t use but could be useful to some guests. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bridlington.
