Great location, clean, friendly staff. Had no issues during our stay, Comfortable bed,

I didn’t see the kitchen, nor tea & coffee facilities. There is a bar across the street that makes a LOT of noises.

Great location. Handy to the Metro, old town and other touristic sights. Short walk to Guggenheim. Very friendly and helpful staff, Miren and Veronica. The shared bathrooms were usually available when required. Towels and sheets could be changed on request. Opening window in the room. Lift to the first floor where the Pension is located.

Just some minor matters. Main light in room was faulty and difficult to turn on. Reported to staff. Door to room was hard to open and close, so would have been noisy for other guests. Bathrooms are showing their age. The sheets on the bed are verging on the threadbare,especially the pattered top sheet. I know this is a one star establishment and don’t expect luxury but some improvements would maintain its reputation which it deserves.

The location is awesome, the girl who works there is incredible kind and hardworking, the place is beautiful. Sure I’ll come back.

Everything was perfect, no way to complain

Great location 5 minutes from the train station, short metro trip to the bus station. 10 minute walk to the old town for delicious tapas (lots of bars to choose from). The room was very basic, just a bed and clothes rack. The bed was comfortable. Big fluffy towels. Shared bathroom very clean. Lift to send your luggage up. Excellent value for money.

Cups or glasses in the room would be good.

All amenities are pretty old and basic. Noise from the street.

we did not get infos on how to get in although we had aleady mentionned our early baggage deposit time. had to wait outside for somebody to eventually open the door for themself.

The girl on reception is very nice and helpful, customer oriented. Location is nice.

There was scaffolding on the building and it appeared closed. We had not been warned about the construction.

Very friendly personal! The location is great. The room is clean and cozy. Nice view from the windows on the street ( though, it might be noisy).

The staff does not speak English, which could be problematic. But I've managed with Italian, and she was very friendly.

Nicely furnished rooms. Great to have two cushins!!

Quiet,fresh room, had good blinds, good sound proofing. Shared bathrooms-clean well equipped. Great location. Bilbao easy to get around. Staff helpful.

Signage outside at entrance, maybe bigger

The member of staff who welcomed us was very nice and had a lot of great advice about the city. The location was perfect for seeing both the old and new town. The shared bathrooms seemed to be cleaned daily.

The room could be a bit cleaner, as there was a lot of dust under the bed.
