We hosted a couples trip here with 4 other couples and had a blast. The Penthouse was clean and accurate when it came to pictures. The hosts provided all the information I needed and I had no complaints. All the guests are definitely considering returning next year. Additionally, food and stores were close and it didn't take over 20 mins to drive to anything we needed.

We had 11 family members from age 4-69 and we had such a great week! The place was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us! Great location and an amazing view. Nothing better than those nightly sunsets from the balcony. The place was clean, check in and check out process was so easy! We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great experience with iTrip! They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and were friendly! We will definitely use them again!

Our party included 4 couples, two of which had never been to the SC coast before so we wanted them to have a great first experience. The condo did not disappoint. It was beautifully situated & had a beautiful view of both the ocean & pool area. The condo itself was well stocked with every utensil, pots, pans, & dishware that we needed. The beds were comfortable & the bathrooms were adequate with plenty of hot water at any given time. The swim up bar at the pool area was a great plus. We would definitely return here. There was a minor issue with the condo itself that was addressed immediately by property management upon our return. We look forward to our next trip.

The unit has a great layout, beautiful decor, and is perfect for families. The overall resort property is wonderful as well. The downfall of the unit as it really needs a thorough cleaning. There were dirty dishes placed in cupboards, furniture that needed dusting, stained carpets, and stained outdoor furniture cushions that were not very inviting. Our second year at this resort and we had a very relaxing week!

Very lovely property! We enjoyed our week there and would highly recommend this rental! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked very well for our group. The views were beautiful, and we had a wonderful time!

We had an awesome week in this spacious 5 bed/bath condo which had plenty of room for our entire family. Everything about the property was great! Beach was a little crowded and don’t recommend doing the resort beach chairs and umbrellas as we paid same as others and was in the third row back all week, so we just did without them and went up close to the water. Rented a cabana and it was very good! Wait staff was excellent.

Property was perfect for our vacation! Everyone enjoyed immensely!

We truly enjoyed our room. Family of 11, never felt cramped or on top of each other. Wonderful decor and the view was FANTASTIC 👍 Everything worked as it should other than the dryer but was fixed quickly and without issue. Great experience!

A group of us went down to celebrate some birthdays and what a beautiful view from the Penthouse suite. We were in and enjoyed the pool and restaurants.

This property that my family and I rented for my daughter’s wedding was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for the 13 of us. It was extremely comfortable and clean and very nicely decorated. The view was incredible and the pool facilities were amazing. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had the absolute best time with 9 girls. The view was amazing, condo was spacious and so clean!!

An awesome property! Adequate for our entire family. Views were gorgeous. Unit supplied with all our needs. Easy check in. Indoor pool, outside hot tubs, all amenities were delightful. We hope to return.

We loved the space and the view. The unit itself was nice overall, but for the price it could use some TLC (ie deep clean, paint, etc). We had a great time, but were disappointed a majority of the hot tubs on the property weren’t operational and those that were weren’t clean. All that said, we’d definitely consider the resort again.

This was a family reunion, I believe everyone enjoyed their stay. The view was beautiful from the time you got up in the morning until sunset. OMG, the sunsets were GORGEOUS! Each bedroom was laid out so no one could be heard by anyone next door. Whoever designed this condo did a perfect job. That said, the queen beds were way too high for everyone, it was a struggle getting into the queen beds. One queen bed had a foam mattress which caused the couple to sink into the middle and basically unable to crawl out easily. (VERY uncomfortable). Also, none of the queen bedrooms had a chair, a stool or a bench. What's with that? You have to hop around trying to put on you pants or socks, you can't sit on the queen bed because it's way too high. Everyone complained about the lighting especially in the bathrooms. All the Kitchen pots and pans were from Goodwill. The whole condo needs a good deep cleaning especially the bedroom carpets (VERY DIRTY)! Over all our family enjoyed their reunion.

Overall a great vacation but the unit could have used a deep cleaning. Worked out fine for a group of men golfers but may not be satisfying for a family

This was undoubtedly the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Breathtaking view of the beach. Our family made so many beautiful memories and now is our most favorite place to stay. We all want to win the lottery so we might someday have a place like this to call our home. Thanks for the memories.

Positive aspects: The view from the balcony was very nice. Called maintenance the first day because of several light bulbs being burnt out and they responded quickly. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the closet for our use. Cleanliness was not up to par. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter, debris all over the floors, and the kitchen stove was dirty. We found objects underneath furniture that were not ours. Lighting was inadequate in most areas. Adding lights in the ceiling fans would greatly help. Mattresses on most beds sagged and were uncomfortable. The temperatures in the bedrooms fluctuated. The master bedroom was freezing, while the smaller bedrooms wer stifling. Kitchen cooking and eating utensils were old and insufficient. One refrigerator for such a large condo is not enough. We had to use our own coolers for beverages because they wouldn't fit in the refrigerator with the food. General comments on area and resort: I've never seen a beach and pools so crowded. We were lucky to get chairs and umbrellas from the rental company (almost sold out on Sunday) and they were set up in the 3rd row from the ocean. We couldn't even see the shore from where we sat. You had to get in line before the pool opened at 9 to get a chair. The last day, I went down at opening and placed towels on 2 chairs to reserve them (as I saw many others do during the week). When I came back a couple hours later, the towels were gone and someone was sitting in the chairs. The first day there were many people drinking to excess at the pool and someone actually vomited in the pool, requiring them to close down early. We were so excited about this vacation, having planned it for over a year. We have stayed in North Myrtle Beach many times, but never at North Beach Resort & Villas. It will be the last time for us at this resort. It might be good for people who like crowds and partying, but for families with younger children, it was not ideal, although there were LOTS of kids there!

Family vacations have been hard to plan. Our kids and grand-kids live in three different states. Add grand kid sports to the equation coordination was impossible, until this year. Karin and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary and everyone made a special effort to make and stick with a date. We planned to go to Myrtle Beach, the place my parents took their kids and grand kids to 25 years ago. We all still have the family photo on our fridges. We chose the North Beach Resort Towers Unit PH03 (Indigo). What a great decision. Everyone knows the numerous ways to entertain a family of 13 at Myrtle Beach. But accommodations for a group that size are another matter. The unit we requested had anything and everything we needed, too numerous to list. The rooms with their own bathrooms gave everyone the privacy they needed. The huge great room and kitchen along with all the other rooms were exactly what we viewed online. But that is not what I want to elaborate on with this review. The support staff from ITRIP was exceptional. We didn’t have to call them to bug them about ANY need. Listing the ways they made our trip wonderful is not the point I want to make. A simple email or text message sent to them resulted in an immediate acknowledgement with a follow up on what their plan was to fix or supply whatever was needed. I am happy to say when they said they were going to do something, they did it. As a result, we booked another family vacation next year. We don’t know what conflicts will come up with our family a year from now, but we are confident the ITRIP family business will work with us to make it work for our family. Oh yeah, we took another family picture of our family at the exact same spot we did with my mom and dad. That made the trip complete so everyone could have another fridge photo.

We had wonderful stay! Wonderful location and well maintained property! PH Condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. My only complaint is that I wish the checkin procedure was laid out better in advance. Essentially, we only had a 30 min checkin window and driving from 3 hrs away made the drive down a bit stressful. But luckily we ran into no traffic delays so it wasn’t an issue.

The refrigerator did not freeze nor did it cool until after 20 hours. A couple of the mattresses needed to be changed, specifically the Master bedroom and the room with the two queen beds. Also, the floors needed to be mopped. I was very disappointed. Now the location was great!

This is the perfect size and layout for a larger group. The kitchen is perfect to feed a large group (we ate 20/21 meals there) and spent our time on the amazing balcony, at the pools and on the beach. I have stayed there twice and hope to come back every year!
