We are locals and were looking for somewhere to stay between Canal Street and Flagler Ave. This is the perfect spot! Super clean, updated and very cozy. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay! It’s an good option for the quiet side of NSB close to the best coffee around.
Place was very clean, comfortable and Steve was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions.

Very clean. Nice location on other side of Inter-coastal. But the pillows and mattresses were cheap and terrible. Pillows thinner than toilet paper and mattresses that were essentially like sleeping on the floor. You will wake up with a sore back or neck.

Due to a family situation, we were only able to stay one of our planned 3 nights. We wish we could have stayed longer. Steven was very accommodating, and the house is clean and beautifully redone. Would definitely stay again.

this was our 3rd stay at Croton House and we just love it. The location is perfect for literally anything you want to do in New Smyrna Beach. The House, the grounds, furnishings - everything has a meticulous level of detail while still being cozy. Steve is super responsive. can't wait for stay #4.

Second stay this property this year. It’s in a great spot within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and activities. The host is very responsive and nice. The property is very clean and cozy. Will be staying here more often for a nice weekend getaway.

Steve the property manager is wonderful. Everything was just perfect. Very nice looking place and very clean. He spends time to make everything just right. I would give him 10 stars instead of 5 stars. Thanks for everything Steve.

Great property in an excellent location.
Great property that is located to a lot of entertainment. Very clean and upgraded unit. Property owner was very nice and responsive. We will be staying here again.

Golf weekend
We rented both apartments for a golf weekend, this is a beautiful property with plenty of space and parking in a great location, walk to the beach restaurants and shops. Great little coffee shop just 2 mins away if you don't want to make your own !
Really nice under cover outdoor seating area for evening gatherings
Would highly recommend the apartments and will return when back in the area

Location nice for in between towns
Perfect location to be near Daytona for the race and shopping/food. Great patio area especially if you have pets! Nice to have them contained and perfect for all weather.

Second time renting here.
This is our second time renting and we had a great stay. Only recommendation is bring beach towels and chairs if your planning on going to the beach since the home doesn’t provide any.

Place was beautiful
The place was beautiful and very clean! The courtyard was very nice. Steve was great to work with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!!!
Upon arrival it looked s little sketchy lol, my friend and I thought we were at the wrong location but we weren't. Parking was a tight fit!! Nevertheless it worked out just fine between us and the persons on the bottom floor. When we got upstairs we were absolutely satisfied with everything from the beautiful fragrance that met us walking in all the to how the bedrooms were setup. The kitchen was really nice and all appliances were updated and worked properly. The only thing was the see through glass front door but we quickly got over it. Steven was an absolute great host and made sure that we made it safely.

Great Property at a Great Price
The smaller the venue the bigger the event! Meaning, the apartment wasn't that roomy but we (my friends & I) whom stayed there made the best of our stay. Come to think of the awesome water line nearby as well as the attractions. Steven, job well done!

Perfect NSB Spot
This was a really nice property, super clean, had everything we needed, and had a great patio space that was really relaxing. One evening we took a walk down to the Flagler beach approach, about 15-20 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Many great restaurant options are available nearby, close to anything you’d want to do in NSB. Steven was a great host and I’d gladly stay here again in the future.

Stunning property - near everything!
my second visit to Croton House. The owner has thought of everything you could need and the attention to detail from the floors to the ceiling is stunning. The outside grounds were perfect for entertaining and provides privacy . Great location to both shops and restaurants on canal street and Flagler Avenue. Photos do not reflect how immaculate the property is maintained. Highly recommend and look forward to a third visit! Owner was easily accessible, friendly and responsive . Thanks for another awesome visit to NSB

Very clean and great location! We were able to walk over the bridge to the restaurants and beach. There is a park right next to the property that has a great dock for fishing. The owner is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable home, close to everything in new smyrna. Easy and friendly host. The outside patio area was my favorite. The house had incredible attention to detail and made our experience that much better. Would definitely stay again!
