I must say, the hotel is quite charming and pleasant. However, it does seem to have an all-inclusive resort vibe, which is not exactly what I was looking for. I was hoping for a more exclusive and secluded retreat. Nonetheless, the hotel does have its own unique charm that I can appreciate.

The views from the hotel are amazing. The pools were a nice area to relax in, outdoor ones could be a little warmer. Breakfast options were plentiful and really tasty. The standout was the buffet dinner had in the restaurant. Gustavo's BBQ skills are world class he was a real pleasure to meet!!

The room service food was terrible considering the price, the bath water ran yellow which wasn't very appealing. To which the maintenance man said it was maybe because the room hadn't been used in a while and that it had been under construction. We have stayed in top hotels around the world we just felt something here was missing.

What an amazing experience in Arakur. They overcome the expectations. - The hotel structure is amazing! Beautifil, well decorated and really high level - The employees are kind and have a right attitude - The room is beautiful, clean, with automation and very confortable - The breakfast is amazing and so diversified, good period too(until 11:00) - The pools and fun spaces are very nice - We did the massages and they were amazing, super recommend - Restaurant Cravia is nice,a little bit expensive for what delivers, but it was nice anyway - Lobby bar is super nice, and the whole lobby area is great - The free transport to and from the city all day long is great! I would only reccomend 1 more trip in the end of the night, lit 01:00 the last bus from the town it would be great.

- The rooms could be more isolated, we coudl hear other rooms noises a little bit - The pools got a liitle of a strange smell and color in one day that there were more people, so I think it's necessary to clean more in days like that - The hotel should forbid that people just leave towels on the sunbeds and never come back. Most days all the sunbeds were taken but that persons were not even there ( unfortunately people should be respectfull but they aren't) - Also not fault of the hotel, but people speaking so loud on the pool area, as that were a party... total lack of respect

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The spa is the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with multiple food options.

This is a 5 start hotel with a 3 star cleaning and staff. Floors were disgusting in the bedroom and restaurant at the lobby. The shower have multiple boogers on the walls. Some members of the staff were friendly and others not so much. Their answers to questions were short and seemed bothered. The snack area at the spa was unattended and there was not a way to order drinks. I recommend people to just pay for the spa day instead of paying to stay there, otherwise you will be disappointed.

I am a frequent world travelver and Arakur has some of the best facilities I've ever seen in a hotel. The room is very comfy and clean, I booked a room with sea view and it did not disappoint. The breakfast is also very deliciouus with abundant variety. The hotel staff is also amazing and very warm, from the front desk lady to the guys working in the restaurant, made sure we needed everything during our stay.

The only thing that was a pity is that the in/outdoor SPA was under maintenance during our stay, but the hotel staff did notify us about this weeks before our arrival, and it was accepted by us, so I have no complaint on this.

Fantastic views of Ushuaia and the outdoor hot tubs in the snow was insane! it felt like staying at the ‘baddies’ lair in a James Bond film!

The view from this hotel is amazing as it is located on top of a cliff, so you can see the town of Ushuaia and the ocean from one side and the mountains on the other side. The outdoor infinity pool is amazing and the restaurant was very good.

The massages were good, but the massage facilities were not as nice as I would have expected for such a nice hotel. Just plywood half walls to separate clients.

The views from this Resort and our room (book the sea view room) are to-die-for. You can literally see the Beagle Channel from the lovely bathroom! Very cool to be able to hike right out the front door. The food (we enjoyed complimentary breakfasts and one dinner) is excellent, and the staff very friendly. There is a shuttle service into town, which is convenient.

The flip side of the remote location is that a taxi could take 5 minutes or 30--just plan accordingly!

Incredible views & spa. From coming into the Hotel the views over Ushuaia and mountains is breathtaking. The piano bar, restaurant and spa all face in the same direction with the view. Room is modern and classy with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Amazing service, rooms and facilities. Location is not in city center but has amazing views. Restaurant is actually good, particularly the cocktails. Lounge in airport, while super small, is probably the best place to hang out in the whole airport while waiting for stuff.

Their agency for out-of-hotel activities (Arakur Experience) was much slower to reply to queries and less courteous compared to the rest of the hotel, really stood out. Shower water temperature oscillated a bit, and shower area leaked into others. Location is beautiful but you’ll need a car (or their fairly frequent transfer buses).

the service at the pool for drinks could be improved. in this price range we found it not ok that we have to pay additionally for a cappuccino at breakfast. a water cooker and a coffee machine at the room would be nice.

Beautiful hotel that actually looks better in real life than in the pictures! Amazing furnishings, everything in the room felt new, clean and stylish. Great views and very cool hiking trails right behind the hotel. Complimentary daily shuttle to the town. Great food. What was the best was very helpful and friendly staff. Best hotel we stayed in in Argentina so far. Would stay again!

Well, they could introduce some clear markings on their menu as per what is vegan. It was incovenient to keep asking every time. Also, they do not have laundry room for guests, you can only order laundry upon extra charge, which cost a lot and would take a lot of time. Since we are in the mountains, a laundry room would be a great help. Also, I did not like that they did not offer ironing board or iron in the room (again, you would need to order a paid service). These are small things though and did not spoil our otherwise great stay - just mentioning it here, hoping the management would reconsider their approach.

We had a fabulous stay here as a treat for our 10 year anniversary as part of a longer trip travelling around South America. Amazingly, I think this hotel actually under-sells itself online, which is rare these days. Once we checked in we were given loads of information about walks and activities available that hadn't been overly highlighted on booking.com. There are gorgeous short hikes around the hotel, it was easy and very cheap to book massages at short notice, there was wonderful wildlife all around the hotel (birds, andean foxes), the room had loads of little special touches (like bath salts) and impressive technology. We really loved the light and curtains controls. We had such a good sleep here. Aside from the incredible views and setting there are a few things that set this hotel apart from other luxury resorts. Firstly, they allow you to check out, then go down for breakfast afterwards on your last day- which makes it super relaxed. The breakfast & dinner were extremely generous. A lovely suprise was the spa music played under the water in the pool. Floating in the outdoor pool, looking up at the sky, birds and snow capped mountains while listening to soothing music is an experience I'll never forget. Crucially, the hotel was super generous with facilities after check out. We went for a short hike, got a cocktail in the bar, re-used the pool and spa area for 3-4 hours and then got massages all after our check out. Essentially meaning we got the value of two full days. A mega bonus is that this hotel is well used to tourists and allows you to pay in pesos in cash. Making it a slice of luxury that you won't feel too guilty about afterwards. We really loved that this was a luxury spot that felt pretty casual and relaxed not too stuffy or pretentious.

The staff is wonderful! The rooms are very comfortable. Amazing Views of the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia, delicious food. Araceli at the front desk was very helpful.
