The view from our room was exceptional! The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay in Ushuaia! The hotel was beautiful and on a hill overlooking downtown. They provide a free shuttle to and from downtown. Breakfast was very good and Restaurant Orange even better! We had a fantastic meal at Restaurant Orange 2 out of our 3 nights in Ushuaia. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive and great at communicating with our planned tours and guides. We look forward to staying here again during our next trip!

Breakfast good but not fantastic.

The location and the view.

They were kids running all over the place, in the restaurant, in te lobby, in the hallways.... impossible to relax and watch calmly the impressive view... The staff (which was great) tried to control the minors, but it was impossible... And the construction of the hotel had been made h a way that when somebody walks or runs on the upper room, you here it as it was in your room! Imagine with kids jumping around...you'll feel the floor trembling! I will.come back, but only if there is no school vacations the same dates....

in the morning can be a little noisy if you are not in the last floor (3rd) with people walking in the floor above.

The view from the room was ok, there were some trees blocking, but could still see the bay. The breakfast offering was good and items were topped up regularly. Staff were friendly.

Our room was below the reception area, there is clearly very little/no insulation. Every night there were kids running and jumping on the floor upstairs and we had to call reception to ask them to stop. That area should be carpeted to reduce the noise in the rooms below and children should not be allowed to use that as a playground (especially because there is a games room they can use). We could also hear everyone walking to and from the dinning room, but the kids jumping was horrendous. It really disturbed our sleep and made us not look forward to nights in our room. I strongly suggest that the floor is properly insulated or carpeted.

Great view on the city and Beagle Channel. Especially now when there is snow everywhere, this is very beautiful place. Cozy atmosphere, great staff. There are many activities included like tracking with a guide. There is a free shuttle to city center and back to the hotel, it was very convenient to use it. Good breakfast

Everything was great

Large rooms, comfy beds, good heating, great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Free minibus transfer to the city and back. Free activities like guided trekking and wine tasting. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Location is great, rooms are big and comfty! Service was very good and the great attention from the staff made the difference! I loved the views from the room!

The view in this hotel is "outstanding" and worth the stay (much better than the view from the expensive Arakur hotel). All rooms face the town of Ushuaia (see pictures) and the view is so nice that we purposely left the curtains open to see the lights at night and the sunrise in the morning (try also the small roof top for an even better view). The bathroom was modern and appeared new, while the bed was VERY comfortable. Great view from the breakfast hall as well. The variety of the breakfast was very good and plentiful, enabling us to eat sufficiently to get through the day with a power bar till dinner time. The staff (English speaking) was also very attentive and kind. We had dinner at the restaurant in our last night and that was great too (try the King Crab Risotto...). Internet was free and fast enough. The hotel is not in the downtown area but having stayed in Ushuaia for 5 nights (all at the Los Acebos), I can comfortably say that this is a plus. Rent a car, get around at your own pace, explore beyond the tour routes, and park right in front of the hotel at the end of the day. You will not regret it!!!

We cannot really point anything we did not like at the hotel. I do not recall seeing a pool but who cares??? I would not go to Ushuaia to spend time on a pool.....
