This place was beautiful and well maintained. The views were spectacular! I didnt need much communication with Herman because the place was well maintained, but when I reached out the response was immediate! I’d definitely stay again! If you need breakfast try Mona it’s very close! And for a nice outing you must Goto the waterfalls which were very close in San Sabastion!

Nice unit one flight below parking and one above ground level/pool. Comfortable beds, easy access and good communication with owner, fixed each issue immediately. Great tv area nice porch. Our fifth time at these condos and we will return. We surf travel and love the location.

We rented this place for our 5 year anniversary and loved it. The condo was clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. It was a short drive to multiple beaches and other activities. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Herman is incredibly helpful and kind. The condo is one of a kind and the view is unbelievable. Everything as advertised and more. Herman keeps the condo up to date, even installing an inverter the day before we got there in case of power outage. We spent days touring the west side of the island, visiting beaches, the bioluminescent bay one evening, etc. Both pools were delightful and the view, sunsets and frequent rainbows were so special. Close to shopping for anything you might want. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Puerto Rico. The condo is lovingly decorated. We felt right at home.

Book this place! I have been to Puerto Rico 8+ times, and this complex, Puerta Del Mar 3 times. This place was our favorite, it had everything I needed to enjoy a great vacation. Great location near Aguadilla Airport and close to Moca and San Sebastián to visit with my family. Has a view of Crashboat, super clean interior, beautifully decorated, ample room, furnished balcony, plus a fantastic view of infinity pool and ocean. Super quiet, 24 hour security, and the host was very informative, check-in and check-out incredibly simple. One if the best places to book in all of Puerto Rico

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is beautiful, clean and the view is amazing! The location is close to the beach, restaurants, the airport and major highway. The owner Herman responded to all my question in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

A group of 4 friends decided to get away for 2 weeks and this could not have been a better experience. We all came back so relaxed and refreshed. While sharing our pictures many of our friends kept asking us to share the property information. We gladly recommend this property to our friends and family. Herman was johnny on the spot and made this a very simple process.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. The condo was spacious and a perfect destination after late-night flight and early-morning arrival at Aguadilla airport. The unit was clean and very airy. The best part was the view to the ocean and pool area from the first step through the door. The décor and colors created a relaxed and comfortable energy that help make the transition from chaotic air travel to vacation. The condo is on the second floor overlooking pool and ocean affording the best possible view with comfortable privacy. The use of mirrors and obscure glass doors provides natural light to all spaces within the unit. Herman was always available by phone to answer questions. We can recommend this as a delightful vacation spot. Convenient to shops and local entertainment venues. Oh yes, It was sunny and in the low 80’s for our entire stay while 30’s and 40’s rain and snow at home.
