Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen, exactly as described!

Everything was great, no complaints!

Property was nice inside, nice neighbourhood. Hosts were kind and courteous.

Unfortunately it was very hot and muggie in the suite. No AC. Add stated lots of parking on the street however we had to park far away and walk with all our stuff due to no spots in front of to the home. Bit of a funky smell maybe from whatever people upstairs were cooking. Only one tv, when travelling with kids we need a second tv in a bedroom.

The bedrooms were comfortable, dark and quiet.

Bathtub / shower - plug was not quite right and shower poured when you had a bath and ironically the kids account was the only Netflix available even though it was advertised with having it. Not a big deal as my teenagers are good with kid movies but just ironic.

Beds were comfortable and there are 2 washrooms and pet friendly! excellent walking trails.

I didn’t like scanning my id and providing all my personal information. After I paid, I was informed there are “pre-arrival” requirements including a hefty deposit. This should have been disclosed prior to payment. (which was non-refundable so I couldn’t change my mind or I’d lose my money) Also, there was not great communication in regards to the key code and during the “pre-arrival requirements” I started to think I was going to be ripped off and felt like I had to jump through hoops to rent a basement space. The renting process made me feel uneasy.

Such good value for your money, the place was much more spacious than expected and had everything you need in all facilities. They were very accommodating to requests and respond immediately when needing assistance. Overall very satisfied with my stay and will be recommending and rebooking in the future:) thank you for a lovely stay
