Mostly the view and the cleanliness of the beach, even with crowded mornings

Crowded restaurants somtimes when regular meals are served, in addition to the bathroom's design which was not very efficient and had some drawbacks.

The staff was friendly , great location ., Great a la cart beach restaurant ( only ) . Good internet . As for the private pool it is a great experience .

The food was tasteless in all meals , furniture should be renovated . A five star hotel should have proper " parking " area

The staff at the bar in the lobby, no good morning, no good evening. Only strange glances , except for one employee named Ahmed, he always greeted me and asked me if I needed anything, but when he wasn't around, no one helped . I stayed for 4 days and then extended it twice for the entire period every time I wanted to drink coffee. I sit at the table for half an hour and no one comes to see if I want a drink. Every time I went by myself to the bar to order coffee, there is an employee working at the bar named Hassan, he was very rude,, I ask for coffee with medium sugar, and he makes me a high sugar coffee after 5 days of ordering the same coffee and then he refused to bring coffee when i asked to change it to medium sugar coffee he asked me to sit next to the bar to get coffee. every time I order something on the table he brings me the bill with the order I think The hotel tells you to drink your coffee and then leave. I have stayed in most of the hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh, but this is the first hotel that deals in this way. Everything else was fine at the beach. The bartender was nice and helpful, and the crew at the pool was excellent.

The hotel staff are warm and welcoming especially Mr Ibrahim and Mr Abdulrahman. The beach was really nice.

Some of the exterior features of the property could be renovated.
