The respectful staff

The infrastructure was much below par, didn’t expect this from a Holiday Inn Express hotel

Too small rooms , not at all good according to pricing

Allotted a room no 433 which never existed. No body picks at the given external no. Difficult to contact

Definitely needs better maintenance

Doesnt feel fresh

The toilet bins were rusted, the hand wash in toilet was rusted and seat cover of closet was moving. Room No.203.

The hotel was clean and it was the most comfortable stay cation ever

Quality of service and cleanliness

The breakfast timing is upto 10am and when I was there at 9.40am some of the dish in the buffet went out of stock ,they removed the same and also removed the tag as well. Not fair need to get the same refill till the time . The toaster machine was bad . Instead of keeping ready omelets on plate it would have been better for a live counter or made to order.

Omlet which were kept in plate which was made ready since when it was cold and have become hard. Not worth eating at all. These times cannot be given as ready made. It should be made to order or live counter.or remove the same from menu.
