Отель произвел на меня очень хорошие предложения, в первую очередь, благодаря превосходному сервису- ресепшн, обслуживание номеров, ресторан, пляж- везде к гостям относятся с особым вниманием. Особенно хочу выразить благодарность Зейнеб, которая всегда была на связи и решала любой вопрос в моменте. Что касается отеля: большие, просторные номера, балконы с прекрасными видами, уборка каждый день, иногда несколько раз в день. Вкусные, свежие завтраки. Прекрасный ресторан на территории со свежими морепродуктами. Продуманный ухоженный пляж; красивейшая, зеленая территория отеля; везде чисто и ухоженно. Завтраки до 12:30 - отдельный плюс ) И особая благодарность команде отеля за красивое поздравление с днем рождения в течении дня, это было очень приятно!

The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The staff were nice and very helpful.

The spa and the gym closes early around 7 pm so couldn’t really enjoy the facilities. Would’ve been great if at least the gym still open and accessible.

Everything. Such a beautiful property with gorgeous views. The entry is well done and every other aspect of the facility was well done with great finishes. I loved that they had a buggy to take you around because the property is so large and on a hill, it is very necessary. The beach and the pool areas were both amazing. The private beach has a bunch of large and comfortable day beds and lounges. I fell asleep on them multiple times, felt like a bed. The spa was also great with a variety of options to enjoy from. I used the sauna and steam everyday because it felt so luxurious in there. Lastly the room was one of the best rooms I’ve ever been in. Super spacious, modern, with incredible views of the sea. They also have everything diptyique for shower stuff so the room and our skin always smelled great. The location from yalikavak marina is minimum 12 min drive, at times 20. If you plan on going there a lot, just know that it will take some time but this property is totally worth it.

Mr Mehmet the waiter from the restaurant and breakfast buffet was amazing gentleman. Always smiling and helpful. Ms Zeynep, the guest relations was amazing madam with a lot of information and help. She helped us a lot from the moment we stepped into the property till our check out. Ms Zeynep has a lot of knowledge about Bodrum and gave us tips where to visit in Bodrum and around what time will be the best. Ms Zeynep from guest relation is very helpful, kind, joyful and always available to help the guests with any concerns and question.

The beach is very rocky, room service is very slow and don’t pick up the trays and trolleys until they are called and asked to pick them up. Cleaning in the rooms is not that good as the floor are dusty. We booked 3 rooms next to each other but they gave us rooms on different floors
