was very clean, staff were very helpful, very quickly at replying on email

didn’t realise how small the rooms was and beds very close together

Rooms were average but passable and location was good - just be prepared to be woken up early for the pre-dawn call to prayer from the mosque

Quite a poor experience. This used to be a great hotel, but now is very average and mostly used for student accomodation. A very lacking breakfast, highly unprofessional massage service (two girls for my partner and I and they where laughing and talking to eachother throughout). Was going to stay for 2 nights, but left after 1.

i liked the ocean view.

the room was not prepared, no toilet paper , and towels are broken/ old. linen had spots, maybe old. reception guy first night with long hair was kinda grumpy. Also very weird that need to pay deposit for key which i never heard in any hotel. after heavy rain the room was leaking from the top. i stayed on the 6th floor, they should fix it.

Its location in a very strategic corner of the city is one of the reason I always chose this hotel

As I quite often staying in here, I noticed some of the room has problems with the air conditioner

Value for the money. Location also good.

Some parts of the hotel feels a bit worn out. But at the rate it is totally acceptable.
