The location is perfect. Very central. Spoilt for choice with restaurants in the immediate area.
The shower ran out of hot water very quickly.

Location was super everything that I needed was close by. Staff was very helpful and friendly

The staff was nice. The place was pleasant with a nice terrace, very clean kitchen ( even if we did not use it). The room was comfortable.
The problem was that some other guests ( probably 2 couples) decided to use the outdoor space next to the swimming pool to have a good time together with lots of drinks, noise, shouts, music ( including stampeding in the corridor) until 2:00 a.m : we made them understand that they were not alone in the guest house. I should add that we were supposed to have a room at n. 116 in the main guest house but we were asked to stay n. 115. I mentionned this to the staff in the morning.

The room was not very clean it had spider webs when we arrived, second day was better

Great location and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived very late but the team were ready to assist us and get us checked in.
Only 2 towels per room when there were 3 occupants. We asked for another towel but never got it. It says its a bed and breakfast but there is no breakfast available.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Mooie en ruime kamers en alles is zeer proper en hygiënisch onderhouden. Ruime privé parking en ligging is geweldig!

Our was really comfortable and the location was close to the place we had to visit
the TV in the bedroom, would prefer the TV in the sitting room

Die Lage im Stadtteil Florida ist echt toll! Da lässt sich schlendern und all die Restaurants und Bars besuchen! Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und das Personal freundlich!
Unschön war dass ich ein Zimmer mit 25m2, Gartenblick und einer Minibar reserviert und bezahlt hatte! Leider waren’s dann nur 16m2, Mauerblick und keine Minibar!

Breakfast was exceptional and did not match the money I paid
Parking was a bit of a challenge, we struggled to get inside the yard where we were staying, house no 115 Madeline Street

The location was nice, safe and quiet. Staff was welcoming.
Bathing with cold water, no teaspoon in the room to stir, no powder milk and dstv channels.

The property was within good distance of where needed to be for business. The room was neat and comfortable for my needs. The staff were pleasant and assisted with my requests to the best of their ability.
I didn't enjoy the heavy metal security gates right outside my room as they were loud when people were entering and leaving the property, especially in the early mornings as well as the outdoor light that shined into my room at night. I also found it frustrating that I had to request a hairdryer as they were kept in the offices and only available on request.
