Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.

The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

It was also nice that the beach chairs were set up for you each morning. Our unit was very outdated and in need of a good cleaning. The carpet was disgusting and the living room furniture was old, broke down and very uncomfortable. The oven also did not work so well. This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.

The location of this condo is truly wonderful. Gorgeous sugar sand beach, big blue sky, emerald waters and and warm sun... all just steps away. Our boys enjoyed the updated TV in their room and I appreciated all updated comforters on the beds. The condo is clean and spacious (felt bigger than the photos). We enjoyed eating our lunches on the large balcony. Our boys enjoyed the heated pool (although it could have been a little warmer for me). The beach service with chairs and umbrella was wonderful. The mattresses probably could all be replaced but we all still slept well. The condo complex felt quiet at night too which was a bonus.

Check-in was a breeze. Our condo was even ready 3 hours before schedule. We found everything exactly as described in the listing. The condo provided everything we needed and the location was perfect. Beach views from the balcony are gorgeous! We went during college spring break but still there were no signs of rowdy crowds on the island. Everyone looking for party just had to cross the bridge to Destin, though. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Summerlin is a great condo and we have stayed in many units since it was built in around 1999. This unit is the worst we have ever rented. It is in need of an update. Mis-match carpet, furniture from the 80's, walls dirty, appliances old, the toilets seem like the original ones old and dirty, tvs bad, second bedroom tv the size of an i-pad, not smart tvs either,sliding door had to be fixed during our visit too.
The complex is great however this condo needs serious updates!If the cost was 1/2 then stay by all means but for the same comparative rates as the other units book anther unit! I know we are on vacation and at the beach most of the time but still it needs updating!

Condo was in excellent shape and just as advertised. Reservations and checking was painless. The property size was great with abundant beach front and not crowded. Can’t wait for our next visit.

This was the best condo we have stayed at! The view was beautiful, just like the pictures! It was very spacious, check in and and check out was so easy! The pool was clean and clear! We will definitely be back!
