Noise of cleaners when coming to work

I did not like the fact that there was no free WIFI. I mean in this era and time why cant there be access to free wifi? The voucher that was said to be free was not really worth it. Please be reminded that nowadays technology is advanced and if anything at least include the charge in the accommodation but WE NEED WIFI

Great service and building is clean

The proximity to the beach and Marine World and shopping mall.

The room was not clean. Sticky surfaces. Ingrained dirt on light switches and sockets. Very noisy.

Bathroom needs repair’s

the location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Ushaka and the beach, the view from the room was beautiful

i thought the bedroom would have a view of the ocean,i think thts what said on the site,

That there is no parking

The location is beautiful,and the room was nice and big,loved that it had an aircon.

The stuff where slow,lazy and unhelpful,parking is a nightmare.The TV and dstv had issues all the time.Everything is money related.Check in is only at 3 so the whole day is wasted and you need to leave the place neat and clean so I don't understand why the late check in.

Room set up.

Bathroom should have a door or curtain. At reception we were told our booking was not appearing on the book, instead of being welcome in and told to take a seat whilst checking. We asked to see the manager, the lady who came through was not at all friendly telling us that we should call Booking com for our reservation, concerning arrival time instead of explaining to us that rooms were being cleaned Secure windows at least with a burglar, we have kids. We were given a clamping device, to clamp the car on our own being ladies, when telling them that we were failing, we were told that we never asked for help.

The location was perfect
