Clean, comfortable, stylish. Everything at the property was just as pictured and perfectly maintained. Nice location on quiet side of Mission Bay, short walk to Pacific beach and boardwalk. Conveniently located to downtown San Diego, zoo, airport, etc. We had one issue on checkin with the door code, but the staff at Nancy's Vacation Rentals were helpful. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles but we managed with a mini van. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect location for a larger active family on spring break. We would happily return!

Very easy check-in and out! Managers provide great instructions. The calmness and view of the Bayside was amazing. Very short walking distance to the ocean beachside! Make sure to discover the area for their are a lot of restaurants within walking distance! Belmont Park is a short walk! The house itself has good flow! Bedrooms are good size and beds are very comfortable! Kitchen is well equipment for meals. We did not try to use it to much but the wifi network that was provided was not an option on any devices. Our Ford Explore was tough to park when the other unit was occupied. Overall great unit and would highly recommend to anyone looking.

We (6 adults/ 2 children) spent a week here. There was enough space that we were not cramped. We had a few hiccups (primarily with hot water) but overall a wonderful visit. The location was wonderful. It had beautiful views of the bay, and a short (2 blocks) walk to the ocean side. We were also very close to other attractions (Sea World, USS Midway, Safari Park, airport). I would recommend this unit.

This place - on the shore of the bay and only a couple blocks from the ocean - was phenomenal for a long weekend getaway. Tons of space, amenities, and great help from the hosts meant we could relax without worrying about the details. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property and location!!

The stay was great from start to end. The management company was in concraft with me the entire time to make sure everything was going smoothly. They had plenty of towels and beach towels. Each room having its own AC was so nice as well. The views are beautiful and a very short walk to the beach side of wanting to go there. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s Townhouse on the Bay in Mission Bay, San Diego. This location was clean & supplied with all the comforts of home. It’s close to restaurants & Belmont Park rides & attractions. .

We booked this road trip in lieu of a trip to Mexico as the airline policies had recently tightened. We were not disappointed. The bay is much warmer than the ocean beach, real-feel with the ocean wind was 10-15 degrees, this was good since the highs were in the low 60s all week. the bay was right outside the front door, and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. The unit is pretty amazing. every bed was comfy and the pillows were marvelous. The kitchen was well stocked, it even included a crock pot. The bathrooms were also well stocked. 2 cautions, i would give, do not enter your amazon prime video account and not delete it when leaving, somebody of lesser morals could have watched pay movies on a previous guests account. Also, the lock that secures the beach stuff outside didn't open, the code had been left from a previous renter which leads me to believe they couldn't get into it either. It wasn't a big deal, there was a boogie board in the unit. Overall the property was great and the manager was responsive, i went to the wrong door originally and couldn't get into the unit, a quick call to the management company and i was in the unit. Would, for sure, stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! We LOVED the location! Walking out to the beach was fantastic. The home was in great condition, it was the perfect size for our family! We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again!!

It was a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. If you had more than one vehicle there was a close place to park nearby, it did get a little busy because we were there over labor day weekend. It was perfect for the family.

This property is in desperate need of renovation. It is for sale so that may be in the plans. Location was ok but the beach on the bay was disappointing. Nancy's Vacation Rentals was great to work with and responded when needed.

We found everything as described, easy check in process. The water heater was not working at arrival (late evening) but second morning after contacting the office, was fixed. The house is a bit dated but functional and comfortable. We’re happy with our choice and we will be back probably.

Really enjoyed the property and our trip. Mission Beach is great, although some of the locals can be a bit grouchy.

The location of this home was amazing -- great access to both the bay and the beach. However, summer camp was in session on the bayside every morning - with loud, excited children. The home was sufficient - it had everything necessary. The pictures looked way better than the actual aesthetic. Broken kitchen cabinets, dirty windows, clogged plumbing, and not very comfortable beds did not make for an amazing stay. The management was very attentive to all needs, though didn't have a solution to a car parked in the only parking spot for about 6 hours, and could not resolve a plumbing issue for our last day 30 hours of our rental. For the money - this house could benefit from a quick refreshing - updates, and clean windows.

This property was ideal for our family vacation. The amenities were more than ample. Having close access to both beaches was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and we never did feel too crowded with 7 adults and 2 children. One night we did have some inconsiderate loud downstairs neighbors. (Something out of your control) One improvement I would recommend would be to replace the electric bbq grill with a larger gas grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Thank you.

Had a great stay at this Bay front condo! Nice place and close to the beach and Belmont park. Also really close to downtown, Seaport Village, etc. I had a little trouble with the showers. the pressure balance valves did not work very well, as when someone was using water in another location while I was showering, I would get burned. Water heater locked up, so I could not turn down the temp. I tried showering at night and the temp would fluctuate to a very hot temp on its own. The shower head height is not very great. I am tall, so had to bend way down to rinse off my head. Other than that, it was great!

The unit was well outfitted with kitchen supplies, and towels. Dishwasher and washing machine and dryer were a big bonus. Stairway carpeting up to the second level could be replaced.

This property is obviously meant for the party crowd instead of a family. The living area was cramped, & the oversized table took up way too much room . We had 4 adults and 2 under 17 years old. If we had added another 3 people, which the house advertises, it would have been unbearable. Mold in the bathroom and stains & tears on the carpet stairs added to our displeasure. The outside garbage area was overflowing and unavoidable on our way out of the condo. On a positive note, the management quickly responded to a sink clogged with food (from the previous renters) and the water was hot. We would not recommend this property to anyone over the age of 25.

Nice condo right on the bay. We had a great time. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of beach supplies, including towels. Plenty of room for a large group. Nice to have one parking place and the jetty is a short walk where more parking is available. The beach is a short two blocks away. the weather was perfect for our family/friend reunion.

The place was exactly what I consider to be a beach house! Perfect for kids too. I hope she has a smaller place for me when I want to get away all by myself! This place is a wonderful place to spend time in San Diego! Close to everything!!!

We rented this location for a long weekend family getaway. There were eight of us and there we never felt crowded. Having 3 full bathrooms was really convenient. I called the day of my arrival to ask about an early check in and they were very accommodating (Thank you Angelina for your help!). Kitchen was adequately stocked with common items. My family all said they would stay here again.

The condo was disappointing. It was run down and the carpet was filthy! The refrigerator froze all our produce and leaked water on the floor. The bathroom door knob in the bathroom next to the master would stick and lock you in. It would take a lot of struggling to get out. The place needs a deep cleaning and improvements made if you want to keep quality renters. It looked like one too many parties have happened here.

We were a family of 8 w/ 2 toddlers. Plenty of space to accommodate all of us, I loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with clean and quality dishes, the bathrooms were also stocked with toiletries including shampoo and conditioner and body wash (that's rare, but awesome). Clean property! Only downside to it all is the lack of AC, it was extremely humid during our stay which made being inside the condo very uncomfortable- apparently SD was having a rare heat wave. The property managers were very attentive to our needs and requests, we were able to check in early! Overall, it was a great condo, nice views, steps away from the beach... We will come back!

the unit itself was great - 4 full bedrooms and 3 baths worked well for our family of 8 adults and a toddler. Unfortunately, the location on the bay is a non swimming, storm drain area. I felt this should have been disclosed. It was not a problem to walk to a safe area, or to the ocean, but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time. The only other drawback was the electric barbecue. A George Foreman grill is not sufficient when cooking for 9 people. Towels and supplies were terrific.

What a great location; the bay was wonderful for the little ones to play in and the ocean 2 blocks away for all of us. The property had everything we needed! We had such a wonderful time

Location was good and the amount if bathrooms was a good for for a large group! The quality of beds, internet, lack if ac and furniture could be improved greatly! We also thought better instruction of how to operate the tv and Dvr should be written down! Balcony was too tiny to sit outside and the pictures were deceiving! The space and the layout of house was very difficult with 8 adults! A smaller group would have been better! Alternative parking area really helped out a lot on Carmel street!

Bayview Condo was comfortable for all of us. When we were watching the fireworks across the bay (every night at Sea World) all of us could not fit on the balcony. 4th of July fireworks were beautiful from the balcony. The kitchen was new and in great condition but small. We were all glad we got the Bay side of Mission Beach because the ocean side was much louder with masses of people. The maintenance man came when we first arrived to fix something the previous guest reported but when we needed him again he never showed up. We waited for the time he was supposed to be there but he didn't come (not so good). The housekeeper arrived on time with the items we needed (good). Unfortunately, some of us had to conduct business on vacation. The WIFI was terrible and very slow (there were 6 users total). All other users had to power off for the business user to do their work, so it was very irritating. (One time it took 5 hours to complete one transaction that should have been finished quickly.) In fairness, it was blazing fast when plugged into the router directly and cut off all other users in our apartment unit. The WIFI would not work at all in the upstairs front bedroom. We didn't have the television on at all the whole week we stayed so there is no report there. House telephone disconnected (thankful for cell phones). We had two SUVs and only one place to park. The extra parking on the marina was a short walk and no trouble at all - very safe and able to get there quickly. My friend and I did not drive. We had great fun taking the Trolley Tours two days and saw a lot of San Diego and learned a lot of history and trivia. The MTS was available up and down Mission Ave. Most of the time we went with the SUVs but I'm so glad we had the alternate transportation. We took several walks along the beachfront daily. It was about 2 short blocks to the beach. The bay was right out in front and that was a beautiful walk also. The flowers were beautiful! There is a little market on Mission Ave. that we used quite a lot. Restaurants were walkable distance both ways. Grocery and drug stores close by in the car. Sights and attractions everywhere - take your pick! Very restful. "A good time was had by all!"
