L’équipement cuisson ( poêle sans vie/ casseroles fatiguées) La machine à café qui marche 1 fois sur deux et le manque d’information pour acheter les capsules ( chères et difficiles à trouver: j’ai acheté une sorte avant de trouver les bonne) bref je conseille de changer cette machine à café qui est nulle et disfonctionnelle Et il n’y a aucun torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle !!!!

Poor facilities. 2 spoons only, no clothesline, only one key for 2 travellers.

Lovely apartment,very spacious and comfortable. The location is amazing and even though it is in the pure center,it’s a quiet street.

Excellent location and great facilities. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Easy to walk to all the sights and the transport facilities.

Bedroom was a little small and an extra blanket / duvet would have been useful. Noise from the karaoke bar was a problem .. but it was dealt with by the hosts when we brought it to their attention. We had no problems after that.

Excellent location in a really nice part of town, lots of lovely boutiques, restaurants and tapas bars all within walking distance of the apartment. Really close to Plaza Mayor and other interesting areas.

The sofa bed was a little hard (there were 4 of us sharing the apartment so 2 got the bedroom and we got the sofa bed) but all sofa beds are like that so not really an issue.

Lovely quirky apartment right in the middle of a typically Spanish area of great tapas bars and restaurants. Easy 10 minute walk one way to the cathedral, palace and squares, and the other way to the Prado museum, train station and Reina Sofia art gallery. Well equipped kitchen, though as stated by other guests, does need a kettle and toaster (not too sure why there isn’t as it must cost a lot more to use the cooker). Bedroom a bit small but the bed was super comfy. We were met at the apartment by a delightful young lady who made sure we were alright, and helped us several times by email (not about the property!) while we were there.

There is a tired looking shared entrance and stairwell which can give the wrong impression of the property, which isn’t reflected in the apartment itself. We occasionally heard the Karaoke bar, even until 4.30am, but it wasn’t particularly loud or annoying, but then that’s what earplugs are for when staying in cities! Could be a bit too intimate if sharing with anyone else using the sofa bed, although there was a handy built in wardrobe in the lounge if there is.
