Tastful and spacious

Perfect Location. Spacious and tastefully decorated apartment.

The only TV was located in the master bedroom which is weird and poorly planned.

bad costumer service

very good location,

we stayed 4 nights, 4 people. the building is not in a very good condition, the stairs were very smelly, the apartment had many faulty things: broken chairs, lights, curtain broken, I immediately contacted the company which reassured me they’ll fix it during our stay, never contacted me again, of course all the problems were not fixed. also they provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights. said “if you need more, buy it”. all in all very bad service quality!

Horrible place! AVOID

Nothing!!!!! Please avoid this place

Description is incorrect. There is no parking (really expensive on the street where there is never space). Dirty facilities, extra cost for laundry (I'll ask for money back). Avoid! I did ask for 2 years old baby - they left normal folded mattress! Service is a joke!

Overall good

Apartment was spacious and in an excellent but quiet location for exploring Wroclaw - only 2minutes from main square with plenty of eating and drinking establishments nearby

We had difficulty gaining entrance to the property due to a sticking lock and the helpline was not useful when they answered an English question in Polish.Also a number of loose floor tiles in the bathroom were a trip hazard

Very good

Great location

Told was on first floor but was up 2 flights of stairs one of our group has asthma and struggled with stairs also felt floor could have done with a deep clean communal area very depressing

Dirty with good location

Location.

We stayed for 6 days at this place. Unfortunately the only good thing about this place is location. Other then that the place was dirty with dirt in every corner. The place is way overpriced for what is offering. I would say move on if you looking for something like this around the old town.

The perfect location downtown Wrocław

The size of the appartement is big enough for minimum 4 people. The location is quite and located downtown: perfect location. The building has a nice old architecture. The deco is cozy and charming. The heating system works well: warm temperature The appartement is well equipped

It will be perfect if curtain obstructing light will be in each room. 1 is missing. 1 plate, 1 knife and 1 bowl were dirty in the cupboard: I suggest to the team cleaning to pay more attention because all tenants are not cleaned.

Cosy apartment in old town Wroclaw

Two separate good sized bedrooms and a beautiful livingroom / kitchen, facing a quiet inner yard, smack in the middle of the old town. 2 minutes walking and you are in the middle of Rynek, the old town square. Very comfortable and convenient.

A bit strange that such a well equipped apartment only had one dinner plate!

Fabulous apartment

Fabulous apartment - very spacious and well equipped, location is top notch for walking everywhere to see all sights. Great cafe bar next door ‘cafe Artzat’. One important thing to note this apartment is in a very big old building and there are several flights of stairs to get up before reaching the apartment it says floor one but it’s most certainly on the second floor, there is no lift so not for the less mobile. I couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend and stay there in the future.
