towels are changed daily. easy access to restaurants and entertainment is within walking distance. safe and security is on par.

the toilet seat was broken, the carpets aren’t cleaned on a daily basis. linen isn’t changed daily. the beds are really bad quality. the doors don’t work properly. the fridge needs service.

The beds were not soo comfortable, especially the single beds 😢 The staff at Westgate 😭😭😭felt soo incompetent, everytime we went out, we would be worried about coming back coz we were told we were not showing on their data, and we had a lengthy argument with Nokwanda which was very uncomfortable as if we were trespassing 😭

Location was nice, very quit and relaxing

It was my first time booking this suite. I book quite often and I wasn't very happy with this unit. The beds in the second room were very poor. The cook wear in the unit was not the best. It's was of sticky quality everything stuck to the Pan/pot. Every other Suite upon check in each bathroom has bathroom condiments. (mini, shampoo, shower gel, ect) This unit had none.

it had a very musty smell which made it unbearable to even sleep in, my suggestion is to change from carpet to tiles in the bedrooms. I also wish that the location of the apartment could be disclosed when booking as it was not ideal for me. it would also help if the toilet paper was of better quality, not the cheapest in the market, that’s very tacky.
