The owners: making a party in the garden with their friends in front of the guests and making noise until 2 o’clock in the morning disturbing the guests does not make you a good host.

It's the second time we book and definitely not the last time, the location is perfect, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, it's very clean, comfortable, relaxing, perfect for families with kids.

The location of the villa is amazing, since is located in front of the sea. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the garden is big and well maintained.

It was hard to set the AC to work in hot mode on both the rooms at the same time but I suppose this wont be an issue during the hot summer.

we liked that it was close to the sea although it was raining and we couldn’t go out.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the room was very cold, they had air conditioning but it was very insufficient.

The terrace and the garden are perfect, the beach is right there in front of the garden - the best place I have ever been to. No fences, it feels like a private beach right in front of the house. The balcony was very big, with a great sea view. The host was very nice and hospitable!

Wifi was slow, the stove in the room kitchen was working only on very low temperatures

the shower didn’t have a door so the entire bathroom good wet. The heather/air conditioning is set up to go on and off every x minutes and it made a very loud noise

The location is nice and the staff is very friendly. It is great to have easy access to a beautiful private beach, especially if you come with children. They also have a small playground for children. It is a great location for families with kids who spend a lot of time outside.

The price seems high for the level of comfort offered. You are basically paying for the furnished yard and private beach. The rooms are furnished as advertised but you can hear even the slightest noise from the other rooms and from outside.

Excellent customer service and very helpful when we wanted to extend checkout by an hour. Very accommodating, thanks!
