I loved everything about the property. The humidifier for my 5 year old was a beautiful gesture. The heater, Netflix and DSTV. The room was cleaned daily. I’ve got nothing to complain about.

Please becareful of broken cupboards, stove or its plates etc. I found the cupboard broken but I was charged for maintenance for the cupboard as the person working there said it was me who broke it. Not true!! I found it that way. No wonder we are pre charged R1500 prior. Make sure to inspect the property when you arrive and send pictures to the host so that you won’t get charged for something that was already broken else won’t get your full deposit back. Inspect and take pictures for evidence and send them to the host. The Wi-Fi was a problem most of the time but my mom and daughter watched DSTV instead. My husband and I were out most of the time.

i liked nothing about this property

firstly we were moved to another apartment without my concern,i just saw a message that we have been moved to room 311 which the carpets were smelling so bad,the wifi and air-cons in the bedrooms ,linen and towels were never changed during our stay

We had an amazing stay… Lovely apartment I recommend!

Air con is difficult to get going.

We were moved to another suite due to maintenance but I want to commend Unathi from Leisure Letting. Her service was outstanding. We need more people like her in the service industry. She was attentive and made sure to take care of our needs promptly.

House keeping can be slack so they need to be supervised more closely.

Furniture style

We expected to find the wifi password in our unit. Not having to ask for it.

I liked the the size and decoration of the room. It had a nice view.

The room was stuffy when I got in, it had no fresh air, I had to immediately open all windows for fresh air to come in. The balcony and it’s furniture were not as clean. DSTV was suspended, I had to request the host to get it back on. The towels were not replaced on the following day, the towel that was used before remained in the shower from Saturday morning to Sunday morning. The host was unprepared, had to wait at the gate for more an hour to have an access code.
