The room was perfect, providing lowest stadards but all what is needed. A mosquito net is installed over the bed. A small balcony could be used to dry clothes. The Guest House is not in the centre of the village what is not problem at all as you can cross the village in less than 10 min. The Guest House is very close to the Mosque, but in case you might be disturbed by the morning sinnig, ear protection was provided. We didn't need it at all.

The host family was very kind & helpful, answering any questions I had and providing wonderful hospitality. The place is quiet, only the call to prayer over the loudspeaker is closeby, otherwise you are in nature. Very close to the park entrance & floating restaurants .

The electric plug in my room was inconsistent in charging.

Cheap and clean guesthouse. The location is also good. Very good value for money.

No water refill nor hot water for tea or coffee... there is no hot shower but this is ok because of the hot weather.

just what you want after doing the 2 day trek in the national park. nicely priced, perfect en-suite and a double bed!!

It is a nice place close to a river. Dont expect much it is not a 5* hotel but it has its own atmosphere. Water is cold, there is only fan, so you need to decide for yourself. We liked it very much and i would return to this place again.

It is close to the mosque and it can be a problem for some people.

Loved that the place was near the jetty. The decorations are eccentric, love that there are lots of plants around. It's cozy, gets pretty cool at night.

Friendly, helpful staff, coffee tea and cold water available at cheap rates (also decent quality coffee) and good value for money vs the location (walking distance to the ferry and restaurants, 5mins)

It is right next-door to the town's mosque which means you can't escape the mu'azzin's call to prayer, 5 times a day of which one is before sunrise. It adds to the experience but it does wake you up quite early..

Very simple place, it feels like to be host in a typical home. Very hot and we didn't have A/C (July 2019). Essential room and spartan bathroom but we had everything we needed :)
