Magnificent hotel. It is located in good restored building of the 19th century. Good spa service. Wonderful staff who went to help with all our questions. Delicious room service and breakfast food. Good for short trips.

We had windows on the terrace/corridor due to the fact that they are wooden soundproofing is not very good. We heard other guests (as they us I guess) passing by or sitting on the chairs on the terrace. This did not cause us much inconvenience, as the trip was quite short. But for more privacy, take a room with a view of the city/mountains.

This hotel is the best place to stay in Borjomi. Nice rooms, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, very beautiful place.

Free included in the room price SPA is a nice bonus, but the steam room is very cold, sauna also wasn’t really hot and there aren’t tea or water to drink in the relax zone.

Amazing location right next to the park and the cable car, beautiful older building with great decorations. Cozy and clean room. Spa area and massage are very nice. The staff was nice and helpful.

The mattress wasn't very firm. The bathroom was a bit small, but it is a historic building.

Breakfast was really good, free sauna access, nice receptionist, free parking on site, very close to the park

The spa and steam-room were an excellent bonus, and much appreciated.

Very clean, spectacular architecture, very good breakfast. We loved the complimentary use of the spa facility. Lady at reception was very helpful. Provided great tips about restaurants and other facilities.

The building and history behing it is the main reason for the stay. It was perfect to go to the SPA after long hike in montains

Soundproofing (in room 204 for sure) is terrible. I was waken up and could clearly hear conversations of the groups leaving early in the morning since windows only to the back yard (no nice view/sunlight). That said - curtain doesnt go all the way down and lets the light come in. For this price in Georgian countryside i would expect it to be perfect experience, but it was not a great sleep for sure

Stunning building and very comfortable rooms. staying here is like travelling through time! the staff was very friendly and helped us wi the our luggage’s up the stairs. the restaurant was delicious.

don’t forget to book the spa if you want to use it

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The reception and dining was pretty.

The room was dim lit with creaky floors. And no windows. And there were loud bangs from the top floor often in the night.

the restaurant cooking are worst.

I did like the historical motives in the hotel architecture and infrastructure.

1) It was impossible to go to the balcony on the second floor above the entrance, which is the center of the historical beauty of the hotel. 2) We were not informed in advance that the spa needed to be booked. 3) The spa was dirty and there were no towels. People before us did not want to go out and the hotel staff didn't manage to settel it somehow. So, it follows that there is no control over the cleanliness of the spa and spa visits. 4) For breakfast, it felt like pancakes were made of cardboard, which is strange for such a price stay.
