Very spacious place. 4min walk from Disney Land

10 minutes from Disney. clean and nice host.

The location to Disney Paris was great. Parking was located right at the place we booked. The owner was nice and suggested a place to eat, which we unfortunately didn't get to go to because the timing didn't work out.

You could tell someone was staying there before we got there. It took a good 5 minutes for the owner to get the place ready while we waited outside. The bedding smelled dirty; used. One of the nightstands was dirty/sticky with what looked like residue from a cup that was previously there. There was no soap in the bathroom. Perhaps the biggest issue was the wireless internet. Sometime in the early mornings, it shut off and never came back on, like it was on a timer or something. That was disappointing.

The only good thing I would say about this property is that it’s at a great location. Disneyland was very close. Second the kitchen was a good size and was clean.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. For so many reasons. We were told to call 2 hours before arriving and we did. We arrived at the agreed time and the owner didn’t show up for another 30 minutes as we were all waiting outside. Going into the home, it just felt very dirty. Dark spots all over the walls, the stairs were gross and the beds were gross too. Honestly we almost went back to sleep in the van. We were told we needed to give a 300€ deposit when he arrived that we didn’t know about. Not the biggest issue, we got it back when we left but I’ve never had to do that before. Next, we had 8 people. Which the place does say it will hold. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. The fourth “bed” was just a mattress to throw on the ground. The living room didn’t have enough seating for 8 people either. There were two single couch chairs that sits one person each and then the dining room table had chairs but not comfortable for lounging around in the living room. I don’t know. I really disliked this property and the owner was pretty rude. I would definitely say to pass on this place. Not worth it.

Location

There is no shower, only a bath with a hand shower. We were 7 guests as per the booking request. The confirmation stated that there would be 3 double beds and one sleeper couch. The sleeper couch was a mattress on the floor. The bed linen was smelly and dirty. The towels were hand towels which were also smelly. No hand soaps were provided. The kitchen looked okay however we did not use it due to the lack of cleanliness. The worst accommodation experience I ever had. False advertising.

The owner was very helpful and we were able to communicate in English. Unfortunately the property is not very comfortable. I believe with small improvements it could make it more accommodating.

The bathroom was not very clean and it looked dated. There was just one toilet roll for 7 people Not enough blankets. The beds are not very comfortable.
