It's a very spacious house

What hooked us to this house was in the title, 5 mins from Disney. It's 10 mins (more like 15 mins through all the traffic) at best by Uber & if you want to take a no. 34 bus, the bus stop is a hike. 5 mins from Disney is misrepresentation as you don't get the full address either, until you've booked. When we got there we searched for the advertised hot tub & couldn't find it. When we reached out to the owner, she said that she'd asked Booking.com to delete this as previous guests had broken it. This was a real let down as we'd really wanted to get in it on Fri evening after travelling to Paris & again Monday morning before leaving. Then, incredulously about a couple of hours later the owner sends a message back to say that she'd bring the hot tub over on Sat, the one that was supposed to be off of Booking.com's page & broken! Don't really know what to make of that really, but it was too late as Sat & Sun were being used for 13 hours of Disney each day. We also found hairs in the upstairs draws, hairs on the hairdryer, very dirty windows & dirty floors in places. The owner dropped in 2 bottles of champagne on Sat whilst we were out (as an apology), but unfortunately we both don't drink. I did let her know & a kinder gesture would have been for some kind of refund. The bathroom with shower over bath doesn't have a non slip mat, making this unusuable, the upstairs smells, probably due to the lack of windows in the toilet & both bathrooms and the advertised air-conditioning isn't great either, unless you are directly underneath it. Also, on the day of departure, an email appeared via Booking.com (supposedly from the owner) to say hope you had a great time and have a safe journey home etc, however the owner knew we were going into Paris to stay for a few days more, so the message isn't from the owner, but a pre-written template by Booking.com.

The house was very clean, spacious and the garden with the terrace was great.

This was just a superb stay. The house is fabulous and at a super location. We enjoyed our stay (8 people, 2 nights) at the max. Anybody who has a reason to complain about this house is nuts in my humble view….. It is all just a well-organized, managed and a very good maintained house. Shops, and a bakery, just around the corner, walking distance, less than 3-5 min. walk. Busstop to Disney entrance/village at the Casino supermarket, 2 euro per person, ~10 min ride (we were allowed to jump on the bus for free!). The host is making it all even more perfect! Great upfront communiction. We faced an empty gastank for the BBQ, in less then 45 min. she provided a new full tank. Service with BIG smile (and with good restaurant advice from the host). All was great, there was absolutely NOTHING to dislike!

The location was great! Near Paris Disney (local bus can take you there quickly and cheaply). Bakery nearby! Supermarket. Restaurant. Wonderful terrace / backyard!

This house was a wonderful place to stay for a family trip to Disney Paris! The house was comfortable, close to Disney and very quiet.
