The hotel is very nicely presented and the food is delicious and very good value for money

However, the rooms themselves are well maintained and very clean. Room 301 is by far the smallest but is the only one within the restaurant building and exits directly into the yard which leads to the beach. This room does not appear on booking; we changed when we extended our visit. It was our little cave with an ocean view! During the week the hotel offers one night free for one paid. This applies on booking as well except for Thursday with a free Friday The food varies quite bit. Fish was great, pizza mediocre. The menu is quite extensive.

The design of the hotel is a bit haphazard and fails to take in the view of the ocean. Unfortunately I have to lower my rating. We returned and this time they were playing loud music in the restaurant. This completely ruins the atmosphere and unless you like your beach experience to be that of a disco, you may be sorely disappointed

It is not cold water. Not laundry service. The tabs at the shower and sink roasted. Plastic drink glass for drinks. No trash can at beach area.

Small hotel on the beach in Puerto Arista. Very local beach, not 5 star resort or amenities. Clean rooms and bathrooms, ice cold AC! Beautiful views to the ocean from restaurant terrace and nice outdoor spaces.

Because the hotel is quite a ways out of town, the only close option for dining is the restaurant. This was fine as the food was good and the prices were reasonable. The issue was that there was not enough wait staff for the terraces/outdoor dining locations so while there were no patrons inside the restaurant, waiters were standing around, and those who were eating outdoors had to wait a very long time for everything. Need better organization before they are back to full volume. There were never more than 5 tables full at the restaurant (indoor or out) but we always had to wait 30+ min for a drink or food.

The pools are nice. The staff is friendly. The view is fantastic.
