아주 소음이 많고, 타올은 낡았으며, 카운트 직원은 불친절하며, 새벽시건에는 차고는 관리자가 없으며, 비행기 소음이 너무 크게들림. 비용에 대비 하여수준 미달

La ubicación, muy cerca de Ciudad Cayala y otros lugares de interés como el Aeropuerto, el desayuno Buffet que sirven es muy completo
Se ve un poco viejo, en el baño de mi habitación no había extractor de olores y no se si así serán todas las habitaciones

Water pressure was terrible. Shower wouldn't turn off. Beds are as hard as rocks. Told staff of the issues, they offered coupons.

The location is good, manly if you have an early flight or arrive late.
The room is big, breakfast is OK not more.

This is an old hotel, even though clean and highly maintained, it's old...
The windows are not noise proved, the carpets seem worn out, and so on.
The towels can be replaced easily...
The price is fair, but don't expect 5 or even 4 stars experience.

Staff are very nice, we requested to keep our luggages for 2 night while we were away on an internal flight and they did it free of charge
Rooms are quite, large and clean
Breakfast is good
Maybe the price of the shuttle to airport ($5 per person and we were 4) is too much
Works much cheaper to take a Uber

it was convenient because it was in the city
I was not happy with the price it was expensive and it didn’t include breakfast buffet. it was ridiculous by charging separately per person. Very upset!

Crib provided is for a baby no more than 6months any older and it’s a danger hazard it should not be offered to infants as old as 2!!

it’s an old property that’s in terrible condition. they don’t have warm water so get ready for cold showers. I don’t understand the 5 star rating.
