Cleanliness of the curtains

The meal options are phenomenal friendly staff and always helpful

I slept on the first floor on my first visit there but on return slept on the 6th and the sewage smell was unbearable if the door was open. Please kindly check as to what is causing this

There was no body lotion in bathroom

Breakfast was looking good. But there was no Halaal optiond

1) The bathroom sink was clogged. Maintainance came and sorted out. But water was still slow to drain during our stay. 2) Bathroom door making a big noise, when opening & closing 3) The air-conditioning was very good. BUT was sounding like a generator. Very load noise. 4) Overall, reception was very friendly & helpful. The security by the parking was very helpful and accommodating. Location was good . But coming from Braamfontein side, there was no signage to the hotel. Turning into Owl Street, also no signage to hotel. Thanks to GPS, we found it.

The hotel property was nice and central. Friendly and thoughtful staff. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Incorrect breakfast pack. Fridge in the rooms would be great.
