Such a great home to gather our large family group for a couple of days. The open kitchen and living room were big enough for all 16 of us to convene and the third floor with the pool table was a highlight. Easy walk to town and feet from the lake. Cozy in the winter!

Our girls trip weekend was soo fun and we loved the proximity to the downtown area as well as the beach! The kitchen was well appointed, the bedding so cozy and the decor was beautiful! If someone wanted to go to bed and others were still up - you couldn't hear any noise from the other levels the house is so well built! We enjoyed the expansive dining table for our meals and the family room seating was great! Loved the decks outside - perfect view of the lake! I highly recommend and would rent this home again!!

This property was fantastic for our family both young and old! A bright cheerful place with plenty of space. Very well stocked so no need to contact the owner during our entire stay. The location is perfect --- walk to the beach, walk to the pier, walk to town. We'll rent again!

This home is spacious. with plenty of room for adults and children to spend time together, or spread out on each level. We really enjoyed the location just a few steps from the beach which allowed us to go back and forth as many times as we needed, and then walk back again at night for the incredible sunsets. The home was clean and bright and inviting, with a well equipped and spacious kitchen. The outdoor porches and balconies were perfect for eating outside and enjoying the quiet, peaceful evenings. We were happy to have the opportunity to hold our annual family gathering there. Julia was the perfect hostess. She provided us with so much information about the home and the area, as well as promptly answering all of our questions before and during our stay. South Haven is a lovely little beach town with lots to offer adults and children. This was definitely a treasure.

We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and has lots of amenities and good areas to eat together, socialize together, relax, and enjoy each other's company. It was perfect for our needs! The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, and there's excellent natural light. The owners were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended!

This property was very nice and clean. Location great for summer use. Within steps to the lake. It would be great for more than one family.

The house was very well decorated, cleaned and safe. Great ambiance, Plenty of space for large groups, few steps from lake. Overall experience was excellent. Property management was very prompt and helpful for any questions during stay!

Great location

The property itself is very nice; however, my overall rating of 3 has to do with the extreme congestion of South Haven around the property. This was my first visit to South Haven and unfortunately the area where the property is located is overbuilt and very congested. Consequently, I feel that the expensive price of the property is not worth the stay. I would travel further north to escape the crowds. I will avoid South Haven on my next vacation as it is like visiting Daytona Beach at college spring break.

This quite lovely well maintained large property has many separate spaces that our adult children and their kids enjoyed! We could cook and dine together and still have privacy. Loved being only a few steps from Lake Michigan! The owners/ managers were immediately responsive. Everything you need & Accurately As great as the pics !!

Overall, a very nice property and owners were attentive and helpful. However, this is advertised as "beach front", but appeared to be more like "beach view". Parking situation was unclear. We were advised by local authorities that we would need to pay to park one of our vehicles outside the property. Some things less than welcoming: stern "private property" signs lining the walk to the beach, absolutely no access to "private" tennis courts next door that never had players, noisy trash pickup at 6:15am despite strict evening noise ordinance. All disappointing considering the cost to stay here. Liked the area, just not sure it was worth it. Thank you.

This house was ideal for our family vacation, grandparents, great grandparents and kiddos. Lots of room to spread out and kitchen was great for family meals. Beach just steps away!

Great location, spacious home, beautiful beach!

Because of covid, we didn't want to travel anywhere on a plane but needed an escape. This house was the perfect place to change up our scenery and spend time with family and friends.

Property was so spacious and comfortable for our family to enjoy the holidays! You'd love this home and all it has to offer! Close to beach and great lake views. Certainly a very enjoyable stay in the winter, so I'm sure it would be absolutely fantastic in the summer months! Julia was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions ahead of time. The house and location were perfect! Everything was clean, with lots of spare linens, towels and beach chairs! The check in was a breeze and nothing could beat the location. We hope to return annually! Thank you for such a wonderful house.

We have been here before with our entire family including grandkids and loved it two years ago and love it even more today!With COVID 19 being a concern, property cleanliness was important and Julia and her crew had the place immaculate!! The arrangement of the house is perfect for all 14 of us with plenty of space for everyone! The proximity to the beach is our favorite part!!!! We WILL be back for years to come!!Thanks Julia!!!

We traveled with our four adult children and significant others and really were able to totally relax and lean into South Haven at its best. With four floors and bedrooms everywhere, we could really spread out when needed and gather on the beautiful main floor kitchen and eating area for meals. There are three separate and distinct balconies with views of the lake. We were literally steps from the beach and spectacular relaxation and sunsets. Although the pandemic limited our in town activities, the house is only abut a 10 minute walk to the shops and eateries on Phoenix street. The house has all of the necessary amenities for great cooking and barbecuing including a fire pit and two large refrigerators. There ample supplies for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and body surf boards. We really felt very comfortable and had easy access to the owner when we had questions. Although there is high quality internet service, since my children were starting college classes, I was glad I followed Julia's advice to bring a long a hot spot for periodic use. We absolutely loved our time at 95N and in South Haven. To have such a beautiful home situated on the beach with just a short walk to many other activities was ideal. We will be back!

This home is exactly like pictured. Great location with beach and walking distance to town area. The home was perfect for the large group we had. Everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of room to hang out. I would definitely rent this home again!!

We just spent Fourth of July week here with our family of 16(including teenagers). The condo is so beautiful, functional and well equipped. It is a perfect location with a bakery next door, walking distance to the park, town, beach and bars. We had a very hot week with Lake Michigan temperatures at 76 degrees....perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

Easy to get to. Easy enjoyable walk into town over picturesque draw bridge for drinks and dinner. Beach 25 yards from house. We had 6 adults and 6 children from 3-9 years. There were lots of very nice beach toys and folding beach chairs in the garage. The stainless steel outside grill was functional. The main(middle) floor had the kitchen and lounging area with a bathroom and a "game room". There seemed to be windows everywhere. The lighthouse was an easy walk from the house. The town seemed relaxed and kind. The older man attending the draw bridge offered candy to the kids each time we went over to town to eat. The washer and dryer worked well and got a work out each evening. Our family thought everything was just right.

What a perfect home for extended family of 15! Our three kids and their spouses and their kids spent the long Memorial Day weekend in this fabulous home. Everything was first class. Terrific kitchen, great furnishings, several family gathering options, and plenty of bedrooms. The pool table on the top floor was a big draw. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed a family get-away to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. There were 8 of us and although the weather could not have been more perfect (I believe it was in the 70's when we were there--unseasonably warm for that time of year), we just loved spending time in this home as it is so warm and inviting. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but such perfect spaces to gather as a family (huge dining table, comfy couch, outdoor seating, etc..). From the moment you enter the home you are taken by the soft color hues that really give you that sense of serenity, then you begin to notice all the little touches all around the home. I must mention the most comfy sofa I have ever experienced and the beds that were simply divine and lulled us right to sleep (hard to wake up but had to get to that adorable coffee shop--nothing quite like morning coffee on the beach!)! It is truly the perfect spot with a delightful little coffee shop right next door and the most beautiful beach just steps away. We love being on this side of town as it's just a more serene, tranquil, quiet feel but there is still so much to do just steps away. This is truly a special place and we feel blessed to have made some amazing family memories here. Thank you Julia for sharing this very special home with us..we will definitely be returning!

Several couples with babies met at this house for a fall getaway. The house was gorgeous (pictures don't do it justice) and it was the perfect layout for our group - we particularly loved that there were no bedrooms on the main floor with the kitchen/living space. The location cannot be beat - steps from the beach and a short walk to the park and downtown. We will definitely be back again for another visit!
